I wish the onboarding to use the benefits was a little more intuitive, but my questions were answered promptly. Then my consultation on points strategy with Laura was top notch as she was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Danny is an expert at the points and miles game. He maximized my points/miles to get me the best value for my booking. I got the itinerary I wanted for 4 people. Worth every dime!

I had been paying for Point.me for three years but never used it. In fact, I had forgotten I even had the subscription and canceled it at the most recent renewal. However, when I needed to plan a trip to Asia and wanted to avoid flying economy, I decided to give it a try. With plenty of points but no idea where to start, I explored the Point.me tool.

To my surprise, I immediately found a business class option to the Philippines for just 63,000 points. The tool proved incredibly useful for finding flights not only to my destination but also for the return and other locations within Asia. I’ve decided to renew my subscription and plan to use it regularly moving forward.

The reason I didn’t give a 5-star rating is that the process of searching can be time-consuming, and I would have preferred to pay someone to handle it for me. Additionally, the platform requires a lot of specifics when filling out forms, which didn’t align with my more flexible travel plans. When I tried reaching out for support, it took several attempts before I received an email explaining how to ask other questions, which was not the most convenient experience.

Bottom line: For anyone who does any kind of regular travel, I recommend the subscription. For those wanting to use saved points or plan trips using points, I highly recommend their service. It’s a powerful tool for unlocking the value of your rewards, even if there’s room for improvement in convenience and support.

I have been using point.me for a number of years now. My consultant James has consistently done a fantastic job. He always lets me know the various options available and which ones give best value for money (points) and which ones fit my schedule the best, sometimes not always the same thing. I would highly recommend point.me and James if you want to maximize your points usage.

James has been a wealth of knowledge and experience each time we have used him.

Save your time...and miles...hire them.

I've already recommended your services to many friends/family members (who have also used PointMe) but this is the first time I paid up for Concierge, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.I'd NEVER have been able to figure out the combination of points/cash/destinations etc etc, it was very complex but your Concierge Mike (and my first contact, Shelby, who was also fantastic) made the situation seamless and simple. Can't thank you enough for this service and I'll continue to spread the word....

Because everyone was very kind, prompt, and professional. That's table stakes for many services or at least SHOULD be, but very often not!

effing spammers. Continue to spam you with emails even after multiple "unsubscribes". They dont care. So give them your email and get spammed forever.

I thought that I was pretty good at searching for good flights using Google Flights. I've always booked all my own trips in the past. I worked on my current plans for Barcelona before I engaged James as my Point.Me Concierge. He was fantastic. He founds flights and made valuable suggestions that I did not find and were much better than what I found on my own. He communicated in real time and worked all hours of the day and night to put my itinerary together.

James from Pointme did an excellent job in organizing and ticketing a complicated itinerary. He communicated quickly, was thorough and provided relevant and useful information. I certainly would use Pointme again to maximize the use of my reward points.

Professionalism and efficiency and value for the money are what I rate here. They very quickly found the flights we needed and walked us through how to transfer the points so we could get flights for a reasonable amount vs what we found online ourselves.

Laura and James were both very professional and extremely easy to deal with. Both efficient and pleasant. — And I’m thrilled with my points redemption and travel itinerary!! Win, win!! Would definitely recommend and use this service again!

We have been using Point.me for several years and we are impressed with the service. Laura, and then James, were prompt and professional. We put a European cruise on hold pending being able to use our Amex points. They promptly found flights on an airline we are comfortable for points that seemed reasonable. All so very painless! We highly recommend!

I have used this service at least 4 times now, I will continue to go back. Trying to figure out the flight situation and the points and all of that on my own honestly feels like trying to learn Russian in three days. I love my rep Ricky and he has made my life exponentially easier but curating my flight itineraries for me. Most helpful service ever!

Really impressed with the whole operation. Very easy to navigate the site and get the best deals possible with all the point options. I used the help booking service and it was super helpful. Laura walked me through the entire process from transferring my points to purchasing the tickets. I also needed some help from customer service and a different Laura communicated and reached out immediately after I put in my request. I highly recommend and will absolutely use in my future travel

Great tool for finding award flight availability! This saved me so many points because the Chase and Amex portals wanted millions of points for one flight, but with this site I was able to find business class seats to Paris for 70k per person one way. We booked Premium economy on the way back for 50k each. I love the booking instructions that show you step by step how to book! Really excited to finally have figured out how to stretch my points for more trips!

My concierge was Brady, and he was top notch from start to finish. I puchased a prepaid concierge service and loved learning about the reward booking process from him. Brady was knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and friendly. Brady was transparent with every step of the process, provided excellent advice, and gave detailed explanations and extremely creative options working with my point balances. I would work with him again in a heart beat! Highly recommend.

Terrible, you can’t even use the site without being forced to upgrade, block and delete

I used Point.me's concierge service. The point.me associate understood my travel objectives and preferences, and, using his extensive and current knowledge about available routings and their advantages, disadvantages, quirks, and costs in frequent flyer miles and fees, and aware of the frequent flyer currencies I had to "pay" for flights, he recommended the best possible flights. I'm VERY pleased with the results -- enabling my wife and me to take appealing, comfortable business class flights to and from our destination in our desired travel time window at a very reasonable frequent flyer mileage cost.

Ricky is absolutely the best. He understands the importance of getting right back to you since space is so fluid. I can't recommend him highly enough.
