Placed my order back in October for…

Placed my order back in October for Christmas 2022, sent several email inquiries for shipping date and tracking number, they emailed me back stating delays, will be shipping is a certain amount of day, last email sent , I received an email back stating oversold, not shipping and not giving refunds to contact my method of payment and request a refund if I can get one after the time frame I was waiting on this order , when I checked the website, it said closed due to illness and would not be back open, they are frauds and did it in a way to try to prevent a charge back from method of payment, I submitted a request for money back from method of payment and launched a request for investigation,

As you can see, this site is a complete scam

Since this website is obviously a scam and no longer existent, reviewing my experience is more or less pointless. I was scammed like all the other people here but I got my money back after a chargeback. The reason for me writing these lines is the absolute mail I received from PokéJapan today which is hilarious in its complete weirdness. Read for yourself:

"Regarding your orders.

Hello

This email is to let you know that PokeJapan has had extreme problems and owes a lot of people money and cannot fulfil all the current orders or issue refunds.

You are going to need to contact whatever payment service you used to pay andrequest a chargeback for the transaction.

After this email is sent there might be emails that follow saying this is untrue. Please do not get convicted that you will ever get a refund or the order. There are over 3000 orders not sent out.

How to chargeback (might differ so call your bank/service provider):
As a rule, consumers have between 60 and 120 days from the time of the original purchase to file a chargeback.

After that, the card companies give merchants 45 days to respond, should theywant to dispute the claim. These are the rules of the credit card processing companies, and they vary according to the card issuer whether they be Visa, Mastercard,American Express, or Discover card.

After the merchant submits their response, the merchant bank will investigate thecase and come out with a decision. In case there is a need for arbitration, the entire process can take much longer to complete.

I have no earthly clue what this even is. And yes, this was actually sent through Shopify from the PokéJapan support address. I don't even care at this point since I did get my money back. I just thought people could use a laugh.

They took our money and we never received the cards. What are other people doing? There isn’t even a customer service email to reach them at. How do we report this to others?

No shipment

We ordered V_star boxes in December last year. Now there is no shipment still and no reply from them. Looks like this company has ceased to exist except for receiving the payments... Now I applied for money payback through my credit card company.

First time buying from here

First time buying from here. I preordered Vstar universe (&other bits) for a Christmas present. Preordered on 30th November. Released 2nd December. I sent so many emails regarding when my items would be dispatched as they were Christmas presents.I had one response assuring me my items would be shipped that week & received in mid December! Then a few weeks later I email again & even check back on the website & it was saying the website was closed.. but my items should’ve already been shipped & received by this point as promised & they wasn’t. I haven’t heard since. My bf has ordered from here before & had no problems. So I can’t say they’re a scam as my bf has paid and received orders in the past…

I’ve had to get a refund back from my bank today & that was a stressful process & they’re chasing it all up with pokejapan. This was the main present & came to over £100 in total & I paid for express delivery too. So knowing it probably wouldn’t arrive intime (which it didn’t and never was dispatched) I had to spend more money on replacement presents. I personally didn’t have a joyful experience & I’d be to anxious to ever order from these again in future due to lack of communication & false information about my delivery.
(Ordered 30th November. Date today 1st February)

Purchased over $100.00 worth on…

Purchased over $100.00 worth on December 16th. Paid $25.00 extra for 3-10 business days shipping. Still have not received my package or any update now there website is down due to “family sickness” seems like a scam to me if there website ever goes back up I would suggest never buying from them!

Wow what a illegitimate business

Wow what a bad business, never sent items from my preorder. Not only that sent emails to claim they had delays for product and because of high demand delay, delay. Only to now see their website offline? No response from them since. Never buy again
