I believe this is a great product, and solves many problems for brands with more complex reporting. However, from the get go there were some discrepancy in the pricing. The pricing communicated when installing the app via Shopify was completely different from the one provided by sales after the installation (which was much higher)

Nevertheless, the price is extremely high for a software like this, we decided to move forward with it anyways as it solved our needs. However, when you pay that amount of money, you expect a flawless product which isn't the case.

They have not basic features in place like a line chart Year on Year comparison of revenue etc. I've also reported an issue with inventory levels, as our inventory is multiplied with 6, since we have 6 different shopify stores connected to the same warehouse. Not really rocket science. But it has taken them closer to 1,5 month, and I've still not received a solution. Their explanations is that it's an "unusual setup" from our side, so I'm not sure how experienced they are with ecom brands of various sizes.

I've also had to personally check up with them about the status of my issue, not once have they reached out and updated me. I always get the response that its fixed, but when I check for myself it has not been fixed, which adds even more frustration to the situation.

Overall, I think the idea is great, and it does solve our needs however I think they really need to consider their pricing, and their level of support. And start focusing on what customers actually need to improve their product.

Can't even get your name right

The company is so lazy in their use of AI that Faizan J (employee at polar analytics) will use Mike S's (another employee) email to send a pitch email to you addressing it to Mike which isn't my name.

If that is their modus operandi, how can you can trust their results?

Incredible Platform

Nothing but great things to say about Polar Analytics.

I love how intuitive their platform is; their customer service team is incredible, always available to jump on a call to help answer questions or with unique use cases.

The introduction of AI and custom reports has been amazin.
