Do not use this company
I placed an order on January 8th and immediately emailed the company to adjust the delivery address. My email was ignored. I followed up on January 10th, and again, no response. By January 13th, the order still had not been dispatched, and I still hadn't received any communication, so I requested to cancel the order. Miraculously, after I asked to cancel, the order was suddenly marked as "dispatched," and I was informed I’d need to pay €15 to return it.
Having worked in eCommerce, I know that creating a shipment label does not mean the item has physically left the facility or been collected by the courier. The order could have easily been stopped and refunded, but instead, it feels like a deliberate attempt to make €15 off me to return. As they said right as it was dispatched, youd need to pay 15 euro to return for a refund...
To make matters worse, the order was only processed on January 21st—12 working days (15 days total) after I placed it—and as of today, January 24th, it is still in the origin country not moving. Your website states delivery within 7 working days, but at this rate, I won’t receive my order until nearly a month after I placed it. This is completely unacceptable.
On top of the delay, my original request to change the address (sent twice) was ignored, meaning I now have to monitor tracking daily and try to divert the package before it’s delivered to an old address.
Throughout this entire ordeal, there has been no effort from their team to offer proper communication, compensation, or a sincere apology. The responses I did receive AFTER I asked to cancel were dismissive and did nothing to resolve the situation.
I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company. If you value timely delivery and proper customer service, look elsewhere. I will also be filing a complaint with the European Commission regarding this appalling experience.
Never delivered
I placed an order expecting delivery within the stated timeframe, but nothing arrived. When I contacted customer support, they assured me they were working on it, but they couldn’t provide a delivery date.
After several messages, they eventually admitted that they had no information on when (or if) my order would arrive, and they seemed to have no contact with the production or supply team. I waited another week or so before following up, and when there were still no updates, I requested a refund. The refund was processed promptly the next day.
Customer support is responsive and handles refunds well, but the product itself was never delivered, and I was left without a clear explanation. I’m sharing this experience to help manage expectations—if you’re considering an order, know that there’s a chance it may never be fulfilled.
