I ordered a product 4 days ago took the monies and no sign of posting out the product extremely unhappy customer services just come back and say sorry we are busy .. so is everyone else and they can get their orders out ... would not recommend this company i wished i had not bought it from another third party company at least it would of been sent in time for christmas

Bought some accessories along with some films on Oct 30th ….it is now NOV 30th!!! Where is my order????? No one can answer this…THEN WHERES MY MONEY?!

Customer service doesn’t help at all…tried calling/email …..I mean WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!?!?

I thought this is a big international brand. Now it’s just being ridiculous to deal with.

Don’t ever purchase from them.

Horrendous customer service

Absolutely horrendous customer service. It's been a over a month since I returned the camera and still no refund. Emails are rude and unhelpful. Will not ever buy Polaroid products again.

Feedback for Polaroid Hi-Print

Feedback for Polaroid Hi-Print - would not buy if there are other options. Printer is less than a year old and does not hold battery, I have to always keep it plugged. Every pack of paper is jammed and I can only print 5 out of 20 sheets. And this is after I changed my first printer for a guarantee. Quality is not great

I didn't like it

I didn't like it. Bought polaroid plus, delivery was late and I missed the occasion of buying, support told me that it is my problem. Hope with camera itself will be no problems.

I must say I keep coming to a dead end…

I must say I keep coming to a dead end when it comes to product support. The digital printer malfunctioned and stopped charging after the latest firmware update but it’s just outside of the warranty period so nothing can be done! Especially in the U.K.! Also it’s impossible to replace the battery so very badly designed product and uneconomical. I can’t find anyone willing to repair the product.
Polaroid keep passing me around to the same department who can’t help and don’t want to own the issue.

Great customer experience.

I ordered a camera, film, strap and bag and the items were delivered in immaculate condition and well packaged. The explanations on the website made it clear which items would and would not be compatible with the camera. The items were gorgeous - high quality and beautifully presented. Sadly, through no fault of theirs, I had to return the items due to the intended recipient already having similar gifts. I was quite anxious about this because, due to a terrible flu, I’d missed the deadline for returns. However, this was accepted by the company who even sent their best wishes for my recovery, along with a postage label to print and instructions to return (easy enough, dropped off at a local shop). The camera was amazing - i’ll likely order one for myself in the future! Great service.

DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

Absolutely horrible costumer service. They don't even say on the website that their stuff isn't meant for the Instax polaroids. They also make you pay for the costs to return packages. Unprofessional scammers.

Horrible Customer service!

I work as a professional photographer and bought a new polaroid, that broke after 4 pictures.. "Roslyn" toke my case, and it pretty much felt like she wasn´t giving a sh**! I even sent pictures of the broken camera, and they still gave me a "default" ansvar about a "resetting" of the camera, which made no sense.
Horrible service.

Polaroid unbelievably bad customer support

I would give Polaroid no stars if possible. I ordered a Keith Haring camera for my daughter on the 7th December. They sent the wrong camera. Even though it's their mistake, they would not send out a replacement until I proved it and sent a photo of the wrong item received and that they received the wrong one back. So it went back 29th December via DHL. They haven't confirmed receipt or sent anything. Told now after chasing again that they are doing an end of year stock take so they will contact me when ready. Laughable slogan on their website We're here to help you! Unless its a special camera or item you can't buy elsewhere don't bother! they can send out wrong items and clearly don't care a fig about their customers to even try to sound like they care.

I purchased some very nice-looking…

I purchased some very nice-looking sunglasses, but after a few weeks of use, the glass colouring faded and the glasses became unusable.
As a result, the appearance is nice but the quality is poor.
Also, the customer service is poor.

Dissatisfied

Son bought me a 50 inch TV for christmas last year had onging problems with keeping channel guides, This morning turned on and screen suddenly turned black 2 weeks out of guarantee would not touch again very disappointed.

Disgusted with this company

So upset with this company. My boyfriend bought me a Instant Now Polaroid Camera last Christmas and once I was able to use it all photos come out with steaks and white lines on the photos. I contacted the customer service team and spoke to Roslyn who took on the case and even after proving that it wasn't an issue with the film pack but the camera itself by sending photos of the photos taken with the camera (showing different batch numbers of film used) all she did was send me an extra film pack. She then said that this can happen due to a new chemical formula used... I understand that minor blemish marks may appear with these cameras however not massive white streaks that run through half of the whole photo. This Is a year later and I can't use my STILL NEW polaroid camera as there is a fault with it. No solution given to fix this and therefore they sold us a defective camera for over £100!!!! Disgusting service. Don't order from them.

49 inch TV

Bought a 49" TV from Asda 18 months ago and it is garbage!! The apps (ITV Hub, Netflix, BBC Iplayer etc) often wont play. The sound has become so tinny it is difficult to make out what is being said and the reverberation can be quite uncomfortable to the ears.
I suppose you get what you pay for; I didn't pay a huge amount of money but I didn't expect to get rubbish.

Bought a brand new HD TV

Bought a brand new HD TV, had it less than 18 months and now there's no picture. From what I've seen online this has happened to a lot of people. DONT BUY A POLAROID TV.
