Enjoyable visit to Father Christmas in his grotto
We visited Father Christmas last Wednesday. Really nice experience for my just 1year old grand daughter and for my daughter and myself. Very relaxed - Father Christmas went out of his way to greet all the children and we enjoyed singing Christmas songs and nobody cried when it was their turn to sit with FC for photos in his very nicely decorated grotto

Variety of goods and services on offer
Variety of goods and services on offer, the only down side (I guess because of its popularity?) parking can be a problem, especially as we are blue badge holders and Mobility is a major problem.

Helpful staff, beautiful decorations, Santas grotto, wonderful experience for the children, such a massive varieties of goods, gifts, etc.
In a word, a most pleasant place to shop in.

I love Pollhill
I love Pollhill, it’s great for breakfast, plants and the butcher and farm shop. It’s a really nice to visit, and we always come away with something nice.

What’s not to love about Polhill
What’s not to love about Polhill. Lovely shops, tasty food, very Christmassy at this time of year, not to mention the free coffee each month if you have the app and other freebies they give.

Brilliant centre
Brilliant centre. So much more than a garden centre. Loads of choice for ‘serious’ gardeners in the plant and gardening section. Great cafe, good selection of goods and gifts plus a great farm-shop.

It was quite busy, but that’s expected at this time of the year. Staff are always helpful on the tills and restaurant.

The staff is friendly and professional
The staff is friendly and professional, choice of items wide and always renewed. The cafe is fantastic and the food delicious. Having a butchers and fishmongers is a major advantage!

Great shopping experience
I visited with my 3 year old granddaughter and it was wonderful to see her enjoy the Christmas lights and decorations. Something for everyone and prices very competitive.

Christmas outing
I have written already. I bought tickets for my great great Niece and Nephew and a friend to see the Father Christmas experience. It was absolutely fabulous everyone enjoy the time they spent in the grotto. The restaurant experience was also sanding you are lucky to have fabulous staff.

Polhill is very good but is definitely…
Polhill is very good but is definitely more on the pricey side.
And I hate the fact you don’t do sausages on the kids menu! Even to be able to sell items individually to almost build you kids meal would be a fab thing to do.
