Their knowledge, advice and customer care with booking our dream honeymoon was outstanding! We have just got back from our honeymoon and we had our last leg of our tour round America cancelled due to the blizzards in New York.

We couldn’t recommend this team at Polkadot Travel Cannock enough, they were in contact with us immediately and gave us our options within a couple hours. Our new flights were sorted within such a short space of time and have continued to chase our refund for us in the background.

The team at Cannock are a credit to your company. After this short drama it only proves it is more than worth it to book your holidays through a travel agent as not only did we lose 4 days of our holiday we would’ve had to have spent the last day arranging flights ourselves and being out of pocket while waiting for the insurance to reimburse us.

I wanted to leave a review for the Polka Dot Travel Leek Branch as once again, in partnership with Gold Medal they helped us plan and book another ‘holiday of a lifetime’!! We have just arrived back from 2.5wks in Singapore and Thailand, we travelled to Krabi, Koh Phi Phi and Bangkok from Singapore and everything from the hotels, to the transfers was perfect. We felt safe, well organised and informed about every aspect of our trip. The team at the Leek branch really are the best and we are so grateful for their professionalism, expertise and support in ensuring that every part of our trip was fabulous! Ive been booking with polka dot travel longton for the past few years and the customer service is absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and I never feel pressured to book until they find me the perfect holiday for my family. A friend of mine had recommended Polka Dot Travel in Rhyl, Denbighshire, instead of spending ages, getting stressed looking for a holiday. I have to say straight away, absolutely brilliant. I phoned and spoke to Jaqueline and within a couple of hours, she had already sent me a couple of choices, with the promise of more to follow. I felt her response as front of house for the travel agency was spot on. Polite, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Straight away, one of the first holidays was a winner, it suited what I was looking for. Not only that, the price, I felt was really competitive. I booked straight away, paying a deposit, and had confirmation by email almost immediately. A big thank you to Jaqueline for her help, and a definite yes, if you are looking for a holiday I would highly recommend contacting Polka Dot Travel. I just wished I'd made that first contact years ago, it would have saved me loads of time and stress.

I emailed Lauren to enquire about a cruise next year and she checked everything available she came back with best prices.
