Truly amazing care
Have had nothing but exceptional care through Polln since I have been a patient with them. The doctor's seem to genuinely care about their patients and the care team are always quick help in any way that they can. Could not recommend them enough!!
Helpful despite delay
The team were extremely helpful even though the delayed delivery time was out of their control. They kept in touch every step of the way and even reached out after I had received my order to see if everything was okay. Couldn't recommend a better service
Good luck with refunds after reading…
Good luck with refunds after reading the other reviews I know how he feels paid for consolation happy with that but it’s not for me I’m not going to be forced to take medication that I don’t like or pulls my teeth out refuses the flower I’m ok with decision your choice not to give me the product. But when asking for money back it’s been 5 business days today no email no refund no return phone call. Why? It’s my choice not to stay with you but it’s not right to this long in responding and refunding people’s money it’s bad enough you know the reason why I need these products and you add more stress anxiety and depression to the fact that you have chase for your own money to be returned. Thanks for your reply it makes no sense I never had a problem with your procedure I was un happy with how long it takes to get money back! I don’t need a lecture on medication I need help and when you’re playing with a natural product taking bits and pieces out changing the way the product works it doesn’t make it natural anymore. That’s why I don’t want to use your oils like I said in the review and the gummy’s pull my teeth out I’m not going to waste money on a product I won’t use.

I suffer from CIDP
I suffer from CIDP, its horrible affects balance , causes pain recommended medicine have dropped for a much better result with help from Polln staff(Natasha) and Dr. is great so far, with communication no longer being an issue and pain in lower back and feet under control , I can also seek casual employment which is a godsend as I have two small kids, these people are good!!
Professional and kind service!
I would highly recommend Polln to anyone looking for a trusted way to source "alternative" medicine. Dr Wren is great and Lauren, the clinical nurse, is amazing. The general customer service is really wonderful too; if you ever need to call to ask a question, they answer really quickly and you get to speak with someone who is easy to understand and relatable. I have been using Polln for about 3 months now and we have figured out my perfect dose already. It has helped so much with my sleep and appetite. I am so grateful to have been referred to this service by my psychologist. I also like that all my follow-up appointments are over the phone and when I did have a video call for the first appointment, Dr Wren made it nice and pleasant (I was nervous for it, but he put me at ease). I really feel like they see you as an individual and tailor the prescription to you very well. They are also really open-minded and compassionate.

Always have professional & compassionate interactions.Admin are amazing.Pricing is competative.Postage is slow however Aus Post are working on a more efficient way to deliver.
Long waiting times, poor quality, bad service
Long waiting times - last order placed 26th Sep, which MIGHT arrive 9th October; they claim 1-3 days to process and then (charge you $15 extra for) 'express deliver' the items......however, after raising 3 orders now, every time it has taken at least 14 days, maybe longer, and there is usually items missing.
Receiving a refund for an item paid for, that is out of stock, also seems to take a very long time and requires chasing from your end.
On my last order, I decided to double up the order of the CBD I needed to counteract the high cost and long wait of the delivery process....well that was a mistake, since the item arrived damp and sticky and was not nice at all. There is no refund/replacement policy for this, they didn't even have any interest in this...obviously the items were below the claimed weight of 10g once they were dried correctly in order to be used.
All in all, very frustrated. Now I will have to spend yet more money to have a consult elsewhere so that I can order from someone else.....
