I ordered plants for a bog garden. I got a prompt email saying they would arrive next day. As we were going to be out, I asked for the day after, and hey presto, they got back to me and sorted that out. The plants arrived at the time they said they would , very thoroughly wrapped and they all look very healthy albeit in early spring mode. Thank you

Mr Hickson was so helpful and gave me some great advice about my pond. I wanted all native plants and he was thoughtful and knowledgeable about which species I should choose. We agreed a shipping plan so I could get some of the planting done now and then some later. The first set of plants arrived promptly. They were carefully packed and protected and all are very healthy and I am excited for them to grow now. Thank you again for all of your help.

Placed an order in the evening and got notified shortly after that it would ship right after the bank holiday and arrive by Wednesday. True to their word, it showed up on Wednesday—well-packaged and the plants look fantastic!
