Ordered a small part start of sept. Received shipping info. Then received an email which looked like it was directly from the owner apologizing for any delays, he was short staffed and over worked. I replied and said no worries, I understood. Order is now almost a week late and no response from a couple of emails asking for update and after reading reviews here I called and number is out of service. I sent one last email but will back charge it if no response today.

Submitted an order and got nothing. My money was stolen and I do not get responses to my emails from support. I have been scammed like so many others, refer to BBB for reviews from clients with similar experiences.

SCAM! don't purchased without talking to someone or just stay away.
Like others, placed an order, got an email confirmation, cc was charged, never shipped. Has been over a week and their live chat does not work, phone is now out of order and will not respond to emails. I am putting a fraud report in with my bank.

Take the money and run
Placed order and cc was charged 11 days ago. Nothing shipped. No one answers at customer service. Multiple email attempts to contact with no response. Order tracking page goes to an error page. Ridiculous banner saying "chat and phone lines out due to severe thunderstorms". How 1960s an excuse. Either they are out of business or this is a scam. Stay away.

Absolutely great customer service. Communication was prompt and clear, with constant updates in regards to changes with my order. Options were made available to me right away on how I would like to pursue with my order.
Delivery was very fast, product was received in great condition, and was as described.

We do aim to ship same day or within 24 hours; some larger items do take longer to ship though. The majority of our business comes from our amazing loyal customers and in my opinion, 3 stars is not acceptable. Massive pool.
The pool that I ordered was for my son for him to enjoy even though we are in the middle of pandemic and, it turns out the pool was massive than I expected. So even I could fit in it! Amazing product. Easy to use and, easy to take care of. If you have a children and you wanna have fun together, you should try it!
