Although I had a few issues beyond normal control. These guys that work for pooltables.com we're great Caleb Jared Chris and John behind the scenes. I bought a table on line based on a Tic Tok I saw. I'm excited because my husband has always wanted one and having it transform into a dining room table is a great bonus. I want to say thank you to Chris and his genuine conversation regarding the bumps in the road. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service he offered. I also am grateful to be heard as well as the understanding of my issue. I hope if your looking for a great alternative to having a pool table in your home you choose this model. I personally think it's a great compromise for all the ladies in my shoes. ☺️ Thank you again.

We drove for an hour to get to their Norcross, GA store. When we got there, a sign was on the door saying that they were open by appointment only. They said NOTHING about that on their website. We called the number, explained that we had driven an hour, and asked if we could come in and look. The only offer was to offer us an appointment an hour and 1/2 later; they said that someone else had an appt in 1/2 hour. We offered to just look for 15 minutes, but they said no. We had nothing to do in Norcross for 1.5 hours and plans for later in the day, so we declined. They need to be upfront and put their decreased hours on the website. We don't ever plan to go back.

I recently purchased an 8 foot dining room table and pool table combination and couldn’t be happier. The Company was great in helping me arrange for white glove installation and it looks absolutely beautiful in my place. When using the dining room table, you would never know the difference. I would absolutely recommend PoolTables.com

The technicians arrived on time, was very courteous and professional, assemble my pool table in a little over an hour, explained how to maintain the equipment, and cleaned up after the assembly. All of this was exactly what I had hoped for. Highly recommended!

Placing an order was incredibly easy and the communication on timing and how the table would be delivered and set-up was perfect. The table itself seems to be very sturdy and plays well. I was concerned that the table would be a cheap laminate veneer that would begin to separate over time, but that is not the case. This was the perfect choice for a moderately priced table.

We did a lot of research before we placed our order for a Catania 9ft table from pool tables dot com, including reading the Trustpilot reviews. Bottom line, we are completely satisfied with the table, it is beautiful and top quality both in the hardwood frame and the slate and felt. Not being professional players the championship felt is perfect for us, and the deluxe accessory kit was great except we did order a wood ball rack. If you don't live in a city with a local store you need to realize that the table has to be shipped, and sometimes things get damaged in shipment. Our slate got damaged twice in shipment, so we had to wait longer than we expected for the table to arrive. Also, if you aren't an installer or a really skilled craftsman you really should opt for the white glove installation. Our installer, Nebraska Billiard Services, did a wonderful job and are highly recommended. You will love any table from pool tables dot com.

I had ordered from PoolTables.com and both Johnathan and Chris and they were very helpful and I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Bought the table at the end of may. Got it installed. Table seemed to be leveled but not so much anymore. The balls don't fit in the pockets like regular pool tables but the company saying because it's wood and aluminum and it's not like the ones you play with at pool hall because they're made cheaper. You'd think a 3300 dollar table would be better. They refuse to send an installer out to even look at the issue they keep asking for pictures to file a complaint. They refuse to file a complaint saying it looks up to their standards. The pictures they thought were off they said they think the angles are manipulated. Not understanding why it would be so hard just to send an installer to look at the issue without paying another 450 dollar installation fee. They're not reinstalling just looking at the issues. I'll have to take further action.

I ordered my pool table 7 weeks ago and still do not have a table. "In Stock - 5 days shipping"... My expectations were obviously way too high. I have had to initiate all communication to find out the status of the order with the company and the "White Glove" installer. After the installer picked up the table, I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment for the installation. The first appointment the installer was a no show. No courtesy call to let me know, and he did not answer my phone calls. When he finally called me back he was apologetic and set up another appointment. He showed up to the second appointment (4 hours late) and was not able to put together the table because pooltables.com had shipped wrong legs (One leg was correct for an 8 ft. table, but the other was wrong and for a 7 ft. table). I called pooltables.com and they said they would overnight the part to my installer. Now, 5 days later, not a word. My wife warned me about making this purchase online, and now I have to tell her she was right. I have buyers remorse and still do not have a table to play on.

Update: After a second shipment of the wrong legs, the third time was a charm. Cory was able to perform the installation which went well. He did a very nice job of assembly. The pool table is solid and aesthetically pleasing. I love it and it plays well. I must mention that I upgraded to the Simonis cloth. If you do this, the set of balls that come in their set is worthless. I even upgraded to the "premium" set and the balls left white burn marks on the Simonis cloth. I wish they would have told me this when I made the purchase. I had to purchase a set of Arimith balls to prevent this. Also, the brushes in the set are worthless as you do not brush Simonis cloth (I wish they would have told me this also), and the cover in the set is a cheap piece of plastic like a shower curtain. I wish I wouldn't have wasted money on the "premium" set. I also wish I hadn't wasted money on the dining room table top as I realize now it will rarely be used and takes up a significant amount of storage space.
Because the pool table is nice, I upgraded my rating from one to two stars, but the overall buying experience was very disappointing.

Chris in the Norcross store was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made the the purchase of our table very easy. He kept us up to date about delivery scheduling. The white glove service was perfect. The delivery was exactly when it was supposed to be. The installers were friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly, yet safely. The table is everything we expected. Would definitely recommend.

Hands down best pool table i have ever played on. After doing tons of research i’m very happy to say their quality speaks for itself . I would highly recommend their tables and white glove installation . Very professional

Bought my table at the start of the Corona pandemic. Was expecting not to be able to get delivery or installation of the table. Justin, my salesmen was able to get everything arranged in my area in a understandably tough time.

There was a small issue with the installation and I was expecting a rough road dealing with customer service about the situation. I was way wrong!!! Pooltables.com stepped up to the plate and has handled everything in a very professional and timely manner. I am very pleased with my purchase and the quality of the table and intend to enjoy it for years to come.

I am already adding additional products to my basement from pooltable.com because of the great service I received.

Where do I begin. I am a novice with pool tables ( my first purchase of a pool table), and Justin made the process painless. He was patient and answered all my questions even after the third phone call. Prior to delivery of my pool table members of White Glove Installation called and gave a 15 minute window to arrival. From the moment they entered my home they were methodical about the installation of my pool table. My pool table was installed in less than two hours, and there was no mess left to clean up. Phenomenal!! The pictures on the website do not do justice to my pool table. The quality is top of the line (and I am hard to please)

My husband and I were very pleased with the pool table we received well worth the money beautiful handcrafted pool table, excellent White glove service when putting the table together, delivery, the whole experience was top notch we would recommend this company to everyone 100% satisfied with the quality of the table and all the accessories that came with it.

I recently purchased a pool table from this company. I was a little apprehensive on making this purchase since I had very little knowledge about the whole process. However, I was pleasantly surprised. This company was very thorough and only suggested what my space would accommodate. I Highly recommend this company and would definitely do business with them again .

Jonathan is awesome! His knowledge and expertise made my pool table experience amazing. He gave me some wood samples and allow me to get back to him without the typical salesmen’s pressure. I had purchased a table through the in 2016 and lost some pieces when moving the table from locations.
I was able to get a custom order for my pieces and received them very quickly!
