What a fiasco. Ordered a hat Apr 17th and attempted delivery finally May 8th but it went missing.

I'd steer well clear.... Customer support just constantly fob you off.

Off to put in a refund claim with my card issuer.

Recieved after a few weeks as it was from America but very happy with product manythanks

Ordered a manual wire stripper from them on 25/02/2026. Several emails to and fro. One said delivered to wrong address one said we cannot control delivery one said just wait. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They have no intention of delivering

I bought 3 small granddaughter books and they never arrived over 20+ emails i sent and all I got back was give shipping time to deliver i waited 5months ridiculous. I asked for tracking never recieved it.
😡😡DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SITE YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE ANYTHING A ND WHAT YOU DO GET IS SHOCKING .😡😡

Bought an indestructible toy for my dog, my dog destroyed it in minutes. Offered £3 compensation for it when I was under the impression that I would be offered a full refund! £3 won’t buy me a pint in my local! Absolute rubbish!!

Ordered in December 2025 and got a calendar for January 2025. Complete con. Do not buy from this company

Do NOT BUY FROM HERE. Took weeks to arrive and quality is so poor it’s untrue. Bought indestructible dog toy which lasted 6 minutes. Paid £18 and offered £2 refund. Jokers. Avoid

I bought a durable chew bear...my dog had it's ear off in 5 minutes...after asking for a refund or replacement I was a measly £3....needless to say I'm contacting trading standards to report thus dodgy company

I wish I had read other people’s reviews before purchasing from these. Didn’t receive parcel by Dec 23rd and when approached for information they said parcel was delivered and check with delivery company. After contacting delivery company, they informed me that they never had my package. Pop Grocery then told me to check my video door bell, which don’t have and said matter was closed … very very unprofessional

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.!! I have not received my order which was placed September.. emailed several times, always same reply.. they will look into it!!. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Shame I couldn’t give zero stars. These are a bunch of scam artists.

Christmas tree lights arrived and didn’t work. I asked for a refund and was offered £2 only. I didn’t want a reduction for an item that was useless.

Unlike the majority of people that have written reviews, I was fortunate enough to receive my necklace. However, it was broken inside and therefore useless. I asked for an FOC replacement to be sent to me urgently, as it is needed for Christmas. It took over a month to receive the original necklace! I was offered a paltry £3 compensation, or I could return it and have a full reimbursement! Not what I had asked for. Avoid at all cost.

I have been waiting for my order of 2 backpacks since July and keep getting emails telling me they are in transit. I have asked for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded but nothing just the same old message . I have told them that it is too late as the children's birthdays have long gone. I will never order from them again

I ordered 2 granddaughter necklaces on 4th October 2025. It’s been over a whole month and I still haven’t received my order. The tracking updates, make no sense, the last one I received stated my items were in Scotland ( why not England) where I live? They still haven’t arrived, now they’re promising to renew the order, as they can no longer track my order. I wonder do I have to wait a further Callander month? Terrible service

Massive scam, order was marked as delivered even though it wasn't. Customer service just insists it was delivered and refuses to do anything.

Sent for 2026 seed calendar and received 2025 calendar. They say they sent the correct calendar even though I sent them a picture.
Avoid if you don’t want to be disappointed!!!
