I know there are some mix reviews about popboxss that are positives and negatives but I gave them a chance since a youtuber I follow gets stuff from here.

I ordered for the first time. It took a while to ship but I was not in a rush. It shipped and then it arrived safely to me.

The most dishonest, misleading, unethical online shop I ever dealt with, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
I bought a doll using their promotional code. after a full week since my purchase the item still looked as not dispatched although their own listing clearly said that the item would have been shipped by Valentine's Day. I contacted their customer service, which seemed managed by a child, and they replied that the item was NOT AVAILABLE but they were looking to find it from a collector on the second market!!... I've checked and the doll was clearly still sold as availabe on their website but they pumped up the price to 3X!! Nowhere in their listing was it mentioned that the doll is NOT available. I told them that I could clearly see the listing, and also specified that I don't want to receive a used item sourced from the second-hand market..OBVIOUSLY! They went radio silent on me again for another 2 days! Then they contacted me, stating that the item was no longer available, (the listing was clearly temporarily removed from their website while dealing with my complaint), and to offer me a refund in the form of credit to use in their own store! I was livid and demanded a full refund!.....After few hours I received my Paypal refund and only a few minute later the listing for that same doll magically re appeared on their website as available again!!!....They clearly did all of this only to sell that doll for much higher than what I paid using their code!!...This was my first purchase in this shop and will be my last!...DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!!!

Scam site. They sold me a case of Maymei, waited an entire month to ship then the day it was supposed to ship they cancelled the order and refunded me. No reason. No explanation. Do not buy from here!

I was able to order Labubus, they arrived in about 2 weeks and I was able to authenticate all of them! Resale prices are similar to others on the market, was more than happy to spend extra $$$ for guaranteed authentic items!
