We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Harry Macha of Porsche Glasgow for his professionalism and friendly, approachable manner throughout the purchase of our eighth Porsche.

Initially, we had identified an Approved Used vehicle; however, Harry took the time to understand our requirements and subsequently sourced a brand-new car with a more favourable financial package. This proactive approach and attention to detail made a significant difference and truly enhanced our overall experience.

Harry went above and beyond to ensure the transaction was as smooth and straightforward as possible. His prompt responses to emails and messages were greatly appreciated, particularly as we were based over 450 miles away in South Wales.

We were also very grateful for his kindness in arranging to collect us from a nearby car rental branch, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

I had a great experience with Allan Robertson at Porsche Glasgow. His customer service was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, easy to deal with, and kept me well informed throughout with clear and timely communication.
He was also very understanding of the issues I was having with my car, which made a real difference and helped take the stress out of the situation. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly.
What really stood out was him arranging a courtesy car and even delivering it out of hours so I was not inconvenienced at all. That level of effort does not go unnoticed.

I had a fantastic experience with Porsche Glasgow.
They assisted me when I thought Id found my ideal car on their website offered me a very good finance del and then offered a great deal on an upgrade.
They cut through the usual car sales talk with an honest evaluation of what I they could offer based on my circumstances. Both sales team and management were gracious and made the process simple.
I'd highly recommend acquiring your Porsche trough this dealership. 5 Stars!

While there have been some disappointing experiences with representatives and services, there is one sales associate who is an overall super competent and helpful woman - Jade Whitelaw - I've always been respectfully treated by this woman and she has offered great knowledge of technical information and has always liaised with the utmost friendly, warm and professional customer service. She provides consistently punctual responses, she is highly reliable, attentive and proficient - not only in sales functions but also in technical areas where she has quickly helped to problem solve and/or provide support. I'm very pleased with the respect and service that Jade has given me throughout our communication at Porsche and there's nobody I would contact at Porsche Glasgow other than Jade. Thank you for all your support Jade. KEEP ON REVVING! :)

I recently visited the Porsche Glasgow showroom as, like many others, had always dreamt of owning a Porsche. The showroom is very impressive and we quickly got talking to Jade who took the time to listen to us and, although we didn’t have an appointment, organised a test drive of 2 different cars. We ended up spending about 4 hours with Jade who made sure we were buying the perfect. I would recommend Jade to anybody who is thinking about looking for a Porsche as I’m sure she’ll be able to get you the perfect car.
I love the car we bought and when/if we are looking to change we will definitely be visiting the showroom again.

Went to explore changing from a Range Rover into a Porsche and immediately upon arrival at Porsche Glasgow we could tell the difference in customer service. Porsche is a country mile ahead.

Jade was excellent and went through all the options available, bringing our attention to the perfect car.

No appointment made, before we knew it we were out for a test drive and felt extremely comfortable to make the decision, despite having only "gone for a quick look".

This was our second Porsche purchase with Jade and quite honestly we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Jade is supremely knowledgeable about all things Porsche and we continue to be impressed by her professionalism. At the same time Jade was friendly and open. She worked hard to get us a good deal and this was very much appreciated. She is truly a major asset to the Porsche family.

Been buying cars from Porsche Glasgow for a good number of years and it’s always a pleasure. The showroom is immaculate, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the welcome is always warm. Jade Whitelaw has been amazingly helpful, her enthusiasm for the cars is infectious and I can highly recommend her to anyone wanting the new car of their dreams!

Took me a while to make my decision and Andrew Asher was very patient - the coffee bar and staff are great and welcoming - the cars speak for themselves.

Buying any car can be a daunting experience, buying a high end car even more so. In the past I have had mixed dealings with other manufacturers dealerships - disinterested sales people, misogynistic salesmen who would address their comments to my husband despite me being the customer, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive a friendly welcome on entering Porsche Glasgow, and then my buying process began with Andrew (Asher) who from the initial viewing, to test drive, build, ordering & purchase, right down to my big reveal on collection has been there to answer my many questions (however small), keep me updated with progress & generally guide me through the entire process in a friendly & efficient manner so that the whole experience has been a very happy one.

Collected my dream 911 yesterday and what a fantastic experience. Stephen Hanley was absolutely brilliant to deal with and made the whole process seamless. Would highly recommend Stephen and Porsche Centre Glasgow if you are looking to buy a Porsche.

From the minute I walked into Porsche Glasgow for the first time i was made welcome with the friendly staff. I was passed to Andrew in sales who showed me around a macan . I knew straight away i would be purchasing from Andrew as he answered every question I had about the Macan GTS . He helped me so much with choosing extras for my car. Constantly updated me on progress of the car being manufactured..

Great service and attention to detail from Jade, when I bought my Macan S from Porsche Glasgow in February of this year. I can’t praise her too highly.

Excellent Sales Service!

I’ve bought several cars from Porsche Glasgow over the years and always, without exception, I’ve had the best sales service ever. My latest car, a Macan, is yet another example of exactly how to treat a customer well. All the Glasgow staff have been great to deal with and even if they aren’t the representatives handling my account, they always make me feel very welcome and take the time to chat. I can’t thank Jade (our sales representative), enough for her help over the years. She has been extremely knowledgeable about the cars and specification options, helpful at every step of the process and has made buying a car both a pleasure and a very, very special experience, which is exactly what it should be.

It’s the small things that make Porsche Glasgow great - the staff. The cars are great but the staff are the hidden gem! Steven Hanley was fantastic in providing excellent customer care.
