Had an issue with the front fans on my Cayman, contacted Porsche Specialist Services who quickly booked it in to diagnose the issue…. What can I say, they went over and above expected, diagnosed them issue, fixed it and all for a very reasonable price.
I can’t recommend this company enough, professional and friendly.

Although mine was only a small job - fitting TechArt flappy paddles to my pdk multi-function slider steering wheel (C4S 997.2) these guys did a top job really promptly and looked after me very kindly while I waited due to living too far away to go back and forth by public transport. If I lived locally I'd gladly bring my car here for all servicing.

Had a gearbox oil leak on my Cayman and had previously been to 2 Porsche specialists who failed to sort it out. Found these guys on the internet and they diagnosed the problem, rectified the leak and all sorted! I will be recommending them to my friends in future and will most certainly be using them again. The whole customer experience was really good. Thank you.

Used you guys recently to do some work on my Porsche - After using many different specialists across Essex and the London region - I can safely say that these guys gave me the best/most professional service I have ever had. I recently used Porsche Specialist Services to undertake some work on a newly acquired 997. Whilst doing the work PSS found some additional issues that needed to be rectified. They completed the work quickly and we’re very helpful, allowing me to drop the car off one weekend and collect the next. I would really recommend and will be back to have the car serviced when needed.

I bought a new PCCM+ unit that needed fitting to my Porsche 996. I also had new gear cables and a short shifter to fit along with a few preventative items, e.g. LTT and GT3 brake ducts. Keith and team were excellent throughout even when we discovered there was a missing media box from the PCCM+ unit! OPC East London also did a sterling job sourcing a replacement item although it took some time to arrive from Germany. Pricing is keen and clear and overall very friendly service. Would thoroughly recommend!

Absolutely first class cannot recommend enough. Poxy garage in Chelmsford quoted £2,200 for replacing coolant pipes, Porsche Specialist charged £626 (on 997 911).

Have taken two cars to Porsche Specialist Services and had a fantastic experience both times. Friendly knowledgeable service and at a decent price. I have been using another garage for 10 years who were miles away but glad I tried Porsche Specialist Services who are local. Will definitely be back later this year!

Have used Porsche specialist services 3 times since 2020 for scheduled service and repairs on my Cayenne turbo s and each time the work has been fantastic aswell as the service. Highly recommended.

A defective headlight bulb was replaced in less than 15 minutes whilst I waited. The work was carried out in a professional manner as always, and for a very reasonable price. Good service like this makes a compelling case to use this company again.

Initial visit for a post purchase check and a second for the follow up filter change and a couple of minor items that required sorting out. Service was excellent and carried out whilst waiting on both occasions.

Not the easiest place to find so I'd recommend calling ahead for the precise location.

These guys are great - they helped me with my first Porsche purchase as I was after the notoriously risky 996 model. I needn’t have worried as they gave it a full inspection (inc. bore score check) before purchase and gave me a full list of required jobs and ‘nice to do’ jobs which helped me get the right price for the car. The car has been amazing ever since (with the expected wear and tear of an old car.) I’ve never looked back and always take my car here for any servicing or maintenance requirements - the latest was them receiving my car on a tow truck with no prior warning due to a blown alternator (after some hard driving!) and they turned it around swiftly and cost effectively for me. They are a team of really nice people too. I genuinely enjoy bringing my car to them.

The guys at Porsche Specialist inspected my 991 Turbo S just after purchase. They couldn’t have been more helpful with some very good advise and a thorough inspection. Will definitely be letting these guys look after my 991 when it comes to servicing etc.
