Incredible experience. Alice is a total pro. Enjoyed the photoshoot and love my new professional headshot.

We had the most incredible experience working with Alice (Portrait Madame) for our photoshoot in Dumbo, Brooklyn. From the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making us feel comfortable and seen. Her radiant energy immediately put us at ease; this ease and comfort truly shines through in the final images. She has this rare ability to create a space where you can soften, be yourself, and just glow naturally in front of the camera.

Alice captured not just me and my partner, but also our pet, Boseman. She interacted with him with patience, creativity, and care. The photos feel alive, intimate, and beautifully composed.

Beyond the shoot itself, Alice was incredibly timely in her communication and so accommodating with editing requests. She made the entire process feel collaborative and seamless from start to finish.

I booked a session with Portrait Madame to celebrate turning 50 so I could look back on this time of my life for years to come. Firstly, the actual session was so wonderful. We had different outfits and looks, which Alice was able to match with different backdrops to suit the mood and feel. I felt totally comfortable throughout the photo shoot. In fact, to be honest, I felt fabulous, and I don't usually feel comfortable in front of a camera at all! But Alice put me at ease and made it feel like just a fun girls' day out. When I saw the images I was blown away. I cried. She captured ME! The most fabulous version of me too! So many people have commented on how stunning they are. I love that I have these images to remember such a wonderful time in my life. Thank you Alice.

I had an amazing experience working with Alice of Portrait Madame this year. I was looking for a portrait photographer to shoot headshots that I could use across multiple platforms, but I wanted to ensure that the photos captured my personality while still looking professional and warm. I know many headshot photographers and while some are good at corporate and some are good at lifestyle, but Alice is good at whatever you are aiming for! I believe it's because of her process. The session feels very relaxed and natural. It seems like you're with an old friend and the results are evident in the work. When I got my gallery of shots, I had a really hard time choosing! I then went to my social media platforms, both Linked In, Instagram, and Facebook, and asked my friends and followers. Even there, I found no clear cut winner! Everyone liked different shots for different reasons. Ultimately, I was able to choose a few beautiful portraits that spoke to me. I would HIGHLY recommend Alice because of the quality of work she does and because of how easy it is to work with her! I will recommend her to all of my friends, colleagues, and clients!
