There is no return and refund process so don’t buy unless you’re certain you want the item. Very disappointed I only got back 1/3 of what I spent. Wouldn’t have bought had I known this.

Order took exceptionally long time to arrive. Instructions in Chinese on carton. Contacted customer services whose photographic response had double exposure and requested clearer instructions as to use and dosage for pond treatment . No response! Therefore I felt it unsafe to use! Wasted my money.

Waste of money for sure.
I put 1 full bottle in my pond 3 days ago and the water still green. No difference whatsoever. The video mentions results appearing after 48 hours. I can’t see any.

The dog actually stands and lets me groom him which is a first

I was kept regularly informed of my item’s progress from order receipt to arrival at the uk shipping agent. I was subsequently not advised that the item was out for delivery or given a delivery date or time. The overall time from order to delivery was unexpectedly long (31 days)

A lot better than my belt easy to put on they are not too tight or too loose would buy again.

Thought it would be great for my puggle who moults all year round. Any silicone brush brings fur out constantly. House is always covered in fur. But this is not great for my dog. Sorry I wouldn't recommend. Maybe for very long fur only

Took a while to arrive and the dog grooming comb doesn’t seem to be as painless as the adverts suggest, but is really effective. I combed out about a guinea pig sized bundle of fluff from my dog’s coat!
