Everything was great ordering, tracking, receiving. The rollerball in my castor oil bottle does not seem To be rose quartz tho.

The hair shedding removal was easier than the brush I had, although it still pulls her hair some and my dog doesn't like that.

I was iffy about ordering. But I am glad I did. I have a Pomsky so he inherits lots of hair from both sides. This groomer does a great job of getting to the under coat. He looks so much cleaner, neater and looks like he's lost weight without all the thick bushy hair. He wasn't a fan of having it used but is getting better. Best grooming tool I have. Thank you.

The oil is not as thick as my other castor oil. The roller is not pink quartz. It is white plastic

At first I was disappointed when I saw the grooming tool was shipping internationally however when I received it and used it, I loved it. I have a long haired cat that gets matted. We are now grooming her every day and it is exactly what we needed.

I was very skeptical and honestly thought this was another scrappy item. As soon as I got it, opened it up and my heart fell.....great, another gimmick. I have 2 Great Pyrenees that live outside and shedding is a big problem, I tried it on the first dog and.....It worked! I've had other items like this but they didn't work. They pulled hair, caused pain and the dogs hated it. These shedding combs work great work, just like the video, they actually do exactly what they are suppose to do and the dogs loved them !!

I have been trying to cancel my order from day 1. I was told to try the item. Now that I received the package I want to return. They are asking me if I would accept $3 as a refund 😞 what! Then it went from $3 to $5, I told them I want my full refund and I don't want the item!

I ordered a Castor Oil Roll On with Rose Quartz. It was a reasonable price. It arrived in very good time, although it didn't match tracking time. It arrived earlier than expected. That's a good thing. I'm sure the product is really good, but I was led to believe it was Cruelty Free. When I got the product they're was no Cruelty Free symbol on it so I didn't bother opening it. I had health issues so I haven't had the energy to send back. Can't drive and can't walk the distance for a while. The date posted isn't exact. DARSho

It got some of the Matt's out of my long haired cat ,still working on trying to get more out.

Product is easy to use and removes the under growth of hair on my long haired part Maine Coon with ease

The device came with no directions, no way to contact the company. It's useless!

the brush does what it is supposed to do. it takes out a lot of hair fast. it doesnt hurt my dog

Item arrived quickly. Great little brush however my 3 dogs don’t have long fur so I can’t comment to its effectiveness with long matted fur. I’m happy with the item for my shorter haired pets.

I ordered 3 roll on containters. When i opened the first package it was oily inside. The roller ball seems to let too much oil come out.
I just got this last night so i haven't used it enough to have an opinion about the product

I appreciated the support updates.
However, this product spent 10 days in Ireland, and I was charged an out of country fee. Once the product arrived in customs in the US, I received the package the next day from a person in the US.
It would be nice to know if something is coming from another country in advance.
The description emphasizes the rose quartz applicator, it's not even a lite pink. Product is ok.

I do appreciate all of the delivery updates. However, the item wasn't exactly what I thought it would be. The space the phone sits in is fine, however I have fold over phone so it's slightly thicker than most. Also, the base is wider than I have space for on my dashboard unless I were to stick it right in the middle of it. Then my phone would be directly in the heat of the sun during that day.
