I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience with this company has been unbelievably poor from start to finish.

I purchased a POS bundle and from the moment it arrived, everything became unnecessarily difficult. The return process has been the hardest I’ve ever dealt with — endless emails, delayed responses, and no clear answers from customer service. Most of my communication was with Daniela, and in my experience she made the situation even harder. It genuinely felt like she was looking for reasons not to process my return, even though the product itself was brand new.

The only issue was that there was a tiny tear on the outer shipping box, a box that had another box inside it with the untouched printer. It was such a minor thing, yet it was used as a reason for me not to return the items which haven’t been touched or used!

I was given incorrect and conflicting information about their return policy, including fees and conditions that do not appear anywhere on their website. Every reply felt dismissive and unhelpful, and at no point was I able to speak with anyone who actually understood what I needed. All I wanted was an exchange for a size that would fit my desk, yet the entire process became exhausting and dragged out.

The customer service has been the worst I’ve experienced with any company — slow, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. I’ve wasted days trying to get basic help.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you are prepared to deal with poor communication and a return process that feels intentionally difficult.

Worst customer service i have seen

Worst customer service i have seen. Purchased an in stock item jist for them to say it’s discontinued and unavailable 5 days latter and try charge more money to my card for another one. Found the wcanner i wanted $120 cheaper and instock from another pos supplier.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Delivered quickly, but product didn't work as advertised. Requested return - which was within their 7 day 'satisfaction' guarantee, but they didn't accept that there could be an issue. Implied we didn't set up correctly. All set ups are correct as confirmed with the hardware specialist from our point of sale provider. They suggested return to place of purchase. Waste of time and money.

Bad Experience and it didn't need to be

Great range of products and fast delivery. However, the product was faulty and they didn't want to know. Slow, rude customer service and were not able to help us sort the problem out. All we wanted was an exchange or refund but no, we had to contact some third party in Sydney. Lodged a dispute ...what a waste of time and money. Very unnecessary. Sad when we could have been a great customer. Very short sighted.
