Poshmark is the better choice

Poshmark is more expensive to sell on, but less hassle and problems. They give more freedom to sellers as far as pricing and offers. I have had issues with Mercari, they do not guarantee what they say they do. 10 years with poshmark and not one issue. Much more reliable.

Absolutely crap

Absolutely crap. Bought an item 6 days ago and it’s been cancelled and I’ve lost my £20 credit. Glad they are leaving the UK market, they are NOT wanted!! Their support is a pile of crap aswell.

Hmm. Not sure about Poshmark, I had high hopes. I've listed 100 items on there, have been on for 4 weeks, been sharing and doing everything I should be.... and ZERO sales.

Am selling much more on other platforms, so it's not my items!

I would give no stars if I could

I would give no stars if I could. Opened an account and they immediately closed it saying I was associated to banned accounts. I can state I am categorically say I am not and have never had dealings with them. I have raised a GDPR request to see what information they hold. They have said they will not respond to this request. This is a legal requirement
Do not deal with this outfit

UK and US site are confusingly shared

spend hours creating listings via poshmark.co.uk and all of them appear on the US site instead. the two sites should be independent and solely operated, just like you have to create different accounts for Amazon Japan and Amazon UK, i don't know why Poshmark is making it so complicated and confusing. also, it has too many fancy-looking but useless features - confusing people and not helpful for sales.

So fed up of Poshmark

So fed up of Poshmark! I am a buyer who loves vinted etc, but when I signed up, the app was so confusing and complicated I stopped using it. Things also see v overpriced which I imagine is due to their fees...Now I have deleted my account and unsubscribed about five times but they STILL send me spam emails. Which is against regulations in the UK. Really frustrating.

Not for me

Not for me. Tried listing consistently on there but didn't get any traffic. Just seems like sellers buying from other sellers using the credits at moment. App very overwhelming. Come off it and focused on the other big apps

Complete waste of time for sellers

I'm a full time professional seller and I was so excited that Posh came to the UK finally. I listed hundreds of clothing items, followed/shared/posh parties/listing daily, etc - everything that you're meant to do to accrue a following and sales.

Absolutely zero sales. Still. And a huge amount of my time wasted. I've given up listing and interacting on the app now and am deleting my account. Shocking fees for sellers, meaning we have to overprice our items to cover profit and fees, therefore making them unattractive to buyers. It's a lost cause 😂

The app is just thousands of other sellers following you and sharing your stuff to get themselves sales. Ghost town. Meanwhile, Vinted is BOOMING.

So so

Pros - love the Live shows, cons- everything is much more expensive than things on a similar site beginning with a V. I know it's up to sellers to price items but it's honestly mad! Also the referral scheme, I got some of the referral credits but not all despite me emailing customer services so I've given up now!

Edit to reply: myself and the person I referred have both emailed and it hasn't been sorted which is a shame. Should have both had £20 but haven't.

This platform is a scam

This platform is a scam. I sold more than £300 worth of items and still waiting to get my money !! Why are they advertising in UK if they are not sorting the payment part?! We need real responses ! And don’t tell me to email the support team as I already did and no one is responding yo my emails. They simply keeping the money from UK sellers! I will go further if they do not send my money. I will advertise everywhere on social media and also report them at the financial ombudsman !

I have people from the usa messaging me…

I have people from the usa messaging me about my items i have to sell, i live in the uk. I'm signed up to PoshMarkUk. So how are people from America able to see my listings. Isn't PoshMark Uk only suppose to be dispatching items to Uk addresses only?? Seen as there's a flat royal mail rate. I'm worried incase someone from abroad buys my item what do i do then. ?

Sellers beware!

People beware! These 5 star reviews appear to be written by Poshmark. Be aware there are thousands of UK sellers begging to get their hard earned money from Poshmark. Always operating in the gray area in the US and now they are doing it to the UK sellers. Bogus from the word go…even the seller reviews are bogus. Thousands of counterfeit items. Posh knows but lets it happen. Even when you report scam sellers they let them remain on the site. Beware. Poshmark…do better. You have lost whatever little was left of your moral compass. It’s sad.

I am absolutely disgusted with Poshmark…

I am absolutely disgusted with Poshmark UK. I have sold £230 worth of items and not a penny of this has been deposited into my bank account. All buyers ordered have been delivered and accepted by them. It’s been well over 8 working days and I am still waiting….no response has been received from their customer ‘support’ either. There is no phone number to be able to contact them. I am an honest seller and I have lost faith in this platform of selling. I would like my hard earnt money to be deposited into my bank account asap instead of Poshmark THIEVING it. What are you doing to do about this?

Complicated, not easily accessible in the UK and overpriced

I’m giving this a two because I have spent so much time figuring out how to use the app and trying to list items only to find I can’t ship from the UK! There is a way to do it but from an iPhone, it’s complicated and you need a printer to do the postage labels. Think I’m going to just delete the app. It is expensive to list low cost items as they take quite a big percentage of your sale and at this point in time seems more trouble than it’s worth. A lot of the items are well overpriced and if you’re looking to spend a lot of money on one designer item, it could set you back a lot of money on the trust of a seller a million miles away without so much as a contact email

Sold an item seems to have been scammed

Sold an item. Was told I need to verify my card with a large amount which would be returned in 24hrs still waiting and customer service has no record of the order. Guess I have been scammed.
Update have already contacted customer service that's how I know they have no record. Still waiting 24hrs after providing information requested by customer service

I joined early as a seller

I joined early as a seller. Once Poshmark was up and running for the UK and I sold an item it was put on hold for me to get verified. I couldn't send my item until this had been done. Days and days later and many emails later I asked the customer for her address and sent it myself. No postage refund for me but at least a happy customer. If Poshmark want to be a success here in the UK then they really need to be a little more decent to people and provide a 'customer service'.
