I really enjoy what the app does for my Poshmark platform! I’m just not using all of the features and I am not sure how to get the information to do that. I know there’s much more the app could do for me.

Helps me with so much in my reselling business. Their support is always quick to respond and extremely helpful as well!!

I am very happy with this cross listing app. It is very easy to use and it helps me keep track of all my inventory.

I tried 2 other crosslisting services before finding sidekick. Sidekick is the easiest crosslisting tool, and I can crosslist an item that has a full listing on 1 platform in less than a minute. While I have hit some technical issues at times, sidekick has excellent customer support - the kind of support I wish Poshmark and Whatnot had. This keeps me a loyal and enthusiastic customer.

Posh Sidekick has been a helpful tool for managing my Poshmark account. The platform is user friendly and offers features that make the process much easier. I’m giving it 4 stars because I’ve experienced a few technical glitches that took some time to resolve. However, their customer service has been great and they seem committed to improving the system with regular updates.

Sidekick Tools is highly effective for established Poshmark sellers looking to scale. It saves time and energy with many of the features like auto sharing and auto OTL.
I find the price point for basic usage okay but new features are always more money and I cannot justify them considering I do not make large sale volumes.

As someone who runs a resale business and lists inventory across multiple marketplaces, efficiency and consistency are extremely important to my daily workflow. Using Posh Sidekick has been very helpful in managing my Poshmark closet and reducing the amount of time spent on repetitive tasks. The platform offers several features that help keep my closet active, including automated sharing, automatic offers to interested buyers, and tools for delisting and relisting older items so they remain visible in search results. These features make it much easier to maintain activity in my closet throughout the day without having to constantly manage it manually.

Since using these tools, I’ve noticed a meaningful increase in engagement with my listings, which has translated into stronger and more consistent sales. Keeping items circulating in search results and being able to quickly send offers to interested buyers has made a noticeable difference. I also appreciate additional tools like the bulk background remover for product photos, which allows me to process multiple listing photos at once and speeds up my workflow when preparing larger batches of inventory. Overall, it has been a reliable tool that helps streamline many aspects of running my resale business and allows me to focus more on sourcing and listing inventory.

I love Posh Sidekick. I have been using it for approximately 3 years. Sidekick allows me run 2 businesses because it does so much of the work for me. One of my favorite features is the crosslisting. They also have fast and great customer service.

I love most everything about Sidekick Tools! They generally have great response time when you encounter a problem and quick resolution to the issue. I do wish that there was an accounting system with Sidekick though that was available with the app.

Sidekick Tools has been a timesaver as we are working to expand our sales and crosslistings. I do wish we could toggle between two different eBay accounts for crosslisting but otherwise it has been a great addition to our business and we appreciate how responsive to issues on the platforms the company is.

I really enjoy using Sidekick Tools, it’s very user friendly. I only give it a 4 out of 5 because I’ve had some technical issues that have taken quite a few days to get solved that have prevented me from getting my work completed. However, they do have incredible customer service. I also appreciate that they’re always doing upgrades.

I love my sidekick, I can’t work efficiently or effectively without it. I’m not chained to my iPad, phone or laptop.

Love Sidekick have been using it for years. It gives me a piece of mind that my business is working smoothly without me having to do all the hard work. It sends out Offers, relists , and so much more. My only reason for not giving it a 5 star is I'm in Canada and it's a bit pricey for us.

Love the crosslisting, auto-offers to likers, closet sharing features. I don’t like having to reconnect expired platforms every month.

I am very pleased with Sidekick and would recommend it. I would give it a 4.7 stars if possible.The only reason I made it a 4 out of 5 stars is because of a small but time consuming issue I have with using it on my PC. The issue is that if I am crosslisting it does not allow for multiple items at once and once an item is crosslisted it returns you to the top of your inventory list so that you have to scroll down to find where you left off and the next item to list. this is not necessary true if using the phone app. I just tend to use my PC for crosslisting.

I love being able to do it all on one app. Crosslist etc makes my life easier and I can focus on other things.
Sidekick is always helpful with questions or issues I have which are very few. They answer quick and resolve quick.

Sidekick Tools is an essential part of my Reseller business success. It has streamlined my business so that I can concentrate on the more essential and fun parts of my business. The developers are always adapting to the constant changes on all the Resale platforms, so I don’t need to get into the nitty gritty of that part of the business. Additionally find the support team has been quick, and personable(which is a rarity in the online world).
