All I can say is that a very negative experience from when I was 9 years of age has now been eradicated by David.

My fear of having a blood test has now been removed and would recommend David on every level.

His hypnotherapy works and is incredibly effective so any doubters contact David and you will quite simply bury any negativity forever

I dont know what i was expecting from hypnotherapy only that i felt incredibly nervous and anxious about it. I booked Hypnotherapy with David at Positive Need in Gillingham, Dorset on the back of a recommendation. Having struggled with generalised anxiety for a significant proportion of my life I was keen to try hypnosis as a method of managing and potentially overcoming the problem.

We scheduled 3 sessions of hypnosis to work on some different areas.

I can certainly feel a difference in my body and in the way my brain seems to approach thoughts and challenges. I feel more optimistic, more confident and am now much kinder to myself.

I’ve struggled with awful anxiety for a couple of years Really crippling which had affected me so very badly. David takes time to listen to your situation and make careful prep for each session.
