Ordering was quick after the initial lengthy sign up. Shipping is expensive but it's to be expected for a service that is offered on the merchant website and not a third party ordering website.

Worst experience I ever had. I ordered hair dye shampoo along with conditioners they decided to cancel my hair dye shampoo due to restrictions of international shipping. They proceeded my payments even it was restricted item. So I asked for refund the still had to charge me for domestic shipping among original company and malltail. It is not my fault that they can’t deliver my items. And the are trying to charge $35 international shipping fees for my conditioners only. Why would I need conditioners when I can’t get my dye shampoos? So I canceled the conditioners and they charged the shipping fees again!! So I lost $12 for them to Make mistake accepting my orders from beginning while it was restricted items for international shipping. It’s just a scam

Good experience with MALLTAIL! Reliable service and no stress. Will definitely use again for future Kpop purchases. Recommended for anyone buying stuff from Korea.

sign up for an account was a bit painful initially but after that the experience was excellent, account status/updates communications etc. were all very good.

I hated to always ask my family members in Korea to gather my package and ship out to me in the U.S. This website does the work me and I don’t have to bother them anymore.
