Great company to deal with! I ordered online from Australia to send the in-laws some allergy friendly foods. They live on a tiny island waaay up off an island of Scotland. Not only were the items posted quickly, but they arrived very quickly too! Cannot comment on the food as it’s for Xmas, but the company is great! Would highly recommend and would use again.

Easy to order on line Slow delivery only due to Royal Mail striking I would have preferred them to use a reliable courier to endure quicker delivery & would have Happily paid extra for that service.

This is a really friendly and efficient company. They have a good range of organic products and respond quickly to issues. We especially love that they deliver from the Italian bakery AND have taken over the health food shop in Brixham.

Customer service was excellent when I had a problem making my payment online (the problem was my end), the fragile jars were beautifully packed and the parcel arrived promptly.

I was worried my order had not arrived due to a delay because of the recent Royal Mail strike. The lady I spoke to on the phone was most helpful in reassuring me regarding the date my order had been sent out and at what stage it was in transit. She was happy to follow-up this enquiry and to ensure my order arrived to me safely. Fortunately it was delivered on the same evening of the day I made the phone call.
All-in-all an excellent service and I would definitely use this company again. Really impressed.

This week I ordered chutney and it's already been delivered!! The packaging was excellent, gave plenty of protection for the 4 jars I ordered. This is the first time I've used this company and only found them online when I was looking for a specific item, will definitely be looking to see what else they provide. Would 100% recommend them
