Great free home delivery on local products means that I can continue to support local businesses from the comfort of my own home.
Very responsive to requests/suggestions for stocking products I like and can’t get within a short commute.
And competitively priced.

Excellent customer service
I recently purchased a Williamson’s Earl Grey Elephant tea caddy - beautiful! Good selection of items available and fairly priced. After placing my order I was kept informed re delivery and the item arrived very quickly. I’ll use this company again and I’ll recommend to friends.

We try our best to communicate as accurate as possible delivery time scales to our customers, but often these can on very rare occasions fluctuate slightly due to delays in the Royal Mail post service over busy periods and over the Easter Bank Holiday in this case.

Over and above
Postal Pantry went out of their way to assist me with my purchase. It was originally out of stock and they kept me informed as to availability and then made my purchase super easy. The goods were delivered in a reasonable time but were packaged exceptionally well. A really exceptional service.
