They sent me a product that was not what I ordered from the image/description on their website. At first they responded and said they would sort a return label and refund. That was 12 days ago! I have since sent 3 emails to ask for the return label and they have ignored me. Very disgusted with the service.

Absolutely awful customer service. Having never received a confirmation of order I contacted them twice and received no response. The package arrived nearly two weeks later with incorrect sweets and on contacting them again they eventually replied with “apologies but there can be variations in the sweets”. Having requested a refund and return postage I packaged up the sweets in their original packaging only to be told by the post office that they’d not paid enough for return postage so they wouldn’t accept the parcel. I again emailed and, surprise surprise, got no response so contacted PayPal who found in my favour and issued a refund.

Posted Sweets have never let me down. You get what you pay for. And they're delivered when they say they're going to be delivered. Would recommend them to anyone that likes all kinds of sweets. They're bargain bags are brilliant to. 2K of sweets for just £10 is a big bargain in my mind. Love all my orders from them.

The company is very good and the prices are reasonable.

Service was really good, only some of the sweets were lacking flavour not all but some.

From getting sweets via Temu to actually getting them from the UK source was amazing, a massive selection of sweets of all shapes and sizes and variety
Process was straightforward and arrived when it says so

I ordered 2bags of sweets and a tub of sweets I also ordered the container to put the sweets in sadly all the sweets and tub were placed on top of the container so when I opened the tub to fill it I found two portions which were joined to the middle had split the sweets are lovely shame about the container I paid £5.99 for it

From ordering to delivery everything was first class.

I ordered this item with next-day delivery, but it didn't arrive until a week later. Customer service was virtually non-existent, making it impossible to get an update or resolve the issue. When the product finally arrived, the quality was disappointing and did not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I would avoid purchasing from this seller.

They are a quick delivery service as im using them to make bags of sweets for a charity. As my mum has Alzheimers and dementia. So im raising founds for that at my husband & son bowls club house. Pus you the price are brilliant i only order on Monday and they where here by Wednesday

Nice mix of sweet's but was ment to ne 6kg it was not of mixed sweets but was mostly ones with not much date on o ye one packet was no good the mix must of reacted and was sticky a no good had to put 1 bag in bin overall it arived fast but would preferred a better mix and no gooey ones thanks hope this helps .

The sweets tasted terrible the whole kilo went in the bin, unless branded do not buy.

Bought a voucher via Groupon and it didn't work. Wrote to posted sweets and they replied but then stopped replying and didn't answer my emails, they also aren't getting back to Groupon either so left (currently) with a voucher which doesn't work.
It is not great being ignored while you're trying to sort out a problem.
