Scam Artists. Bought a lifetime account, and it expired. Tried contacting them several times with no response!! Don’t make the mistake I did! Avoid!

SCAM
SCAM! Bought a lifetime subscription for nearly 30 USD, no connection to Instagram was possible und my lifetime account run out after 7 days. No answer of the support via mail or Facebook, no lifetime use, no refund. CC also didn't refund, because it's an "virtual deal". Thank you for ripping me off.
Abzocke! Ich habe eine lebenslange Mitgliedschaft für knapp 30$ erworben, konnte mich niemals mit Instagram verbinden und die lebenslange Mitgliedschaft endete nach 7 Tagen. Keine Antwort des Supports, weder über Mail noch über Facebook, keine lebenslange Funktion, keine Erstattung. Von der Kreditkarte wurde nichts erstattet, da es sich um eine "virtuelle Dienstleistung" handelte. Danke für den Beschiss.

I purchased the lifetime deal for…
I purchased the lifetime deal for Postfly after seeing it on TNW. Then a little after a week I tried logging on and it says my subscription has expired!
I purchased a lifetime deal. They stole my money!
I've tried contacting customer service via facebook messenger and through their site. Nothing! It's been over a week and no one has replied back to my problem.
DO NOT PURCHASE POSTFLY!!!

Do not buy Postfly.io Worst Service
I have tried everything but fail to add an account, purchased via Stacksocial lifetime deal and their support is also not responding properly. Support from Postfly is pathetic, do not waste your money with postfly its rubbish

Customer Service tries to impress you for two days then stops
1) Customer Service tries to impress you for 2 days then stops.
2) Unable to connect to my second Instagram page (Postfly promises to use 3 accounts minimum for the cheapest plan)
3) Too many glitches. Right now I CAN'T EVEN POST AT ALL. It wants me to 're-login' which I've tried both on Postfly and Instagram to no success.
4) 'Do Not Unfollow my followers' checkbox doesn't work. It unfollowed a lot of my friends.
5) None of my Auto Direct Messages were sent.
