customer service is at its' best with whatsapp
My Amazon packages arrived very soon after the order to the Beachwood adress, on the first of July I received messages and photos of the content, everything fine so far.
When trying to get my parcels sent to my homeadress I noticed that the adress in the system was completely incorrect. I tried to change it , update it, add a new adress, nothing worked.
I have been unsuccessfully trying to contact the company by phone (no answer or faulty number, depending on which number you dial), and by mail but all I received was an unuseful note that does not bring about any advancement in the issue. The turn-to mail adress that was given in the answer that I received does not exist. So what could I do more? I really do not like to write negative feed-back, and according to what I read about the company they are recommendable. But I see no way to get in touch with them to resolve the issue. I would be very happy to receive advice. Today I found another adress in one of the answers to negative reviews on trustpilot and sent a request for help to this admin mail adress. Hopefully this one will lead to a solution....
Update: One hour after this review was posted I was contacted by the company by mail as well as by whatsapp. The suggested actions advanced the process (part of the packages are in the consolidation process now) but still the problem with the invalid adress hasn't been resolved. I tried to send a single package - and got caught in the same old trap. "Adress can't be found"- so the problem is ongoing.
Further update:
PostfromUS has made more efforts and this time it was successful!!! The communication went through Whatsapp, I was able to send screenshots and a videoclip of the issue I had. The staff took over in my case In addition to that I received a huge discount in shipping fees as a compensation for the frustration I experienced - thank you PostfromUS!
The package is on its' way.
