Fraudulent service

Despite my prompt payment on January 2025, after three months, the items have never been collected.
The company probably boosted.

The pathetic side is that before the payment they answered quickly to all the emails, signing with the name of Lysa.

After the payment, they disappeared, even though I sent a dozen of emails.

I hope that nobody else will fall in this trap.

Beware scammer …

Phone goes straight to voice message 'we are moving office' Have emailed them countless times but not one response. Cleary running a scam. Avoid unless you want to get ripped off. Zero rating, just a scammer.

Definitely would not recommend

Definitely would not recommend. They used to be good but have massively gone downhill. No contact from them even after 1.5 months of waiting after payment just to be told by the auction house the lots have not been collected. Took my money and aren't answering calls or emails. I would highly recommend not doing any business with this company.

Wish Id seen reviews before I paid for this service. I Paid£30 for tiny item to be posted to an address in the uk. It’s been almost a month and they still haven’t posted my package!

I’ve contacted several times, just being told I’ll have to wait as they are busy!!!

Dreadful service

Dreadful service, avoid them at all cost. Paid for their collection/delivery service on November 23 and the package eventually arrived on December 24, and only then because the auction house chased them repeatedly. I complained regularly to Postit4me and was given weak excuses about staff shortages and too much work plus an unconvincing form of apology. Only use these people if you’re happy to wait nearly 5 weeks……I will certainly not use them again.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service

As an overseas customer who regularly uses Postit4me for packing and shipping services, I have always trusted them for their reliability. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

In July, I received a delivery of an item that was badly damaged. I was informed that I would receive a refund, but despite numerous emails and repeated attempts to contact customer service, I have still not received the funds. Most calls go straight to an automated message with no follow-up, and on the one occasion I managed to speak to someone, I was simply told to send another email, which, like all the others, was ignored.

It’s now December, and the lack of communication and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. This poor level of customer service has made me hesitant to continue using Postit4me or recommend them to others.

Had my item shipped from Dorset to London, very cheap, 30% the price of another company, nice lady lysa kept me up to date with what's happening whenever I asked. Brilliant customer service, Very pleased with the service

Appalling company

Appalling company. Gone down hill, I’ve been using them from the very beginning when it was a small business, now that’s it’s expanded its rates are higher than most! My last two quotes from them £400 plus! And £135 which when I contacted mailboxes quoted me £75! They do say they will match quoted but I wouldn’t bother because if another company done the sam to them in matching quotes then they would have no business at all. I read another review where someone said it seems the woman who does the quotes makes them up, I wouldn’t disagree.

Avoid like the plague

Shocking and amateurish company. The quality of their packaging is third rate. Items I won at auction turned up smashed to pieces and the packaging was woeful. Avoid, avoid like the plague

DO NOT USE THESE VINDICTIVE PEOPLE!!

I would *Never* use these people again under ANY circumstances.
My usual courier (Post My Parcels) was unfortunately closed for holidays so I decided to give Postit4me a try. ** Big Mistake **.
I booked them on Monday 12th August 2024 at 11.00am - first working day after the auction at Cottees (Sat 10th Aug), and I paid their invoice as soon as I received it on the same day - Monday 12th August at 2pm by PayPal. I emailed that the money would not transfer to their accounts address so I had paid to the enquiries address. They acknowledged this by email.
Four days later I rang to see if they could give me some indication of when I would receive my items, - over £500 worth.
"No" was the answer, - "we pack in date order when you asked us to act for you" - "not payment date" (which was the same day anyway). As I had asked them on the first working day after the auction I assumed (wrongly), that my order might possibly be one of the first to be packed. The day after that conversation, (5th day after booking), I received another invoice asking me to pay again. I emailed (and rang), immediately asking why, and was told "Don't know - it's accounts".
They then obviously took exception to my two phone calls as my items were calculatedly and shamelessly held by them for ten working days, (their so called maximum time window) - PLUS two weekends and a Bank Holiday - a total of 15 days. Yes,
*** 15 DAYS *** before they graciously decided to allow me to have them. This was also by Standard UPS Delivery (2/3 days). I finally received them yesterday, Wednesday 28th August 2024, after UPS upgraded the delivery.
This was quite clearly a calculated and spiteful decision taken by Postit4me - "We'll show her!! - how dare she question us!!"
And before they reply with some sarcastic or justifying comment, I would be interested to know how many other people who bought from Cottees Auction on 10th August, booked delivery on Monday 12th August, and used this outfit - had to wait for a total of 16 days to receive their items with No communication from them whatsoever??? The first I received was the tracking number on the 27th August.
I have bought from auctions for 14 years and have used many couriers and in house packing / transport, without any issues at all, - but have *NEVER* had the misfortune to use such a Vindictive and Nasty company as these people.
If you are looking for a reputable courier use Post My Parcels, (and No, I don't work for them!!) - they are a professional, efficient and helpful business who I have used many times with no problems at all. Or Mailboxes - also a good company, - but expensive. I could have walked to Dorset and back in the time it's taken this shower to consent to send my valuable items.
5 stars for this business!!!??? You MUST be joking!!! I have been treated with utter contempt by Postit4me so if You want to avoid this DO NOT use them!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

First time user here - not again!

First time user here. Was wary right from the start and even more so after my items hadn't been processed some nine days after the auction. Fast-forward to day 11 and they finally arrived via UPS with significant damage to the box which was identified by the driver. Alas, and not surprisingly one of my auction lots was missing!!!! Now, this item was clearly pictured by postit4me in fairness but due to unknown reasons it isn't in the damaged parcel now!!! I have of course immediately emailed them and hope that they resolve this situation in a timely manner( I'm not holding my breathe however). I'll update in due course but needless to say I most certainly wouldn't use again. Just received the update after some 20 days. Seems that the courier postit4me used (Ups) has seen fit to 'deny' the claim. As far as I'm concerned my contract was with postit4me and as I am £50 out of pocket it is them that should address this and in a timely fashion! I did not enter into a contract with Ups, the fact they delivered a damaged parcel WITH a missing item is not and should not be my issue. Postit4me are woeful in their customer service and don't been answer the telephone number they give. I urge anyone using auction packing facilities to NOT use this lot as when things go wrong you simply don't appear to be protected.

I won an auction on Clarke's Auctions…

I won an auction on Clarke's Auctions on the end of February 2024.
I contacted Postit4me to collect the item and and ship it to the Netherlands.
I payed everything upon the customs value!
After that, i received a UPS tracking code.
But i received no further update. The item Nevers seems to be in transit!
I contacted customer service and UPS(the transporter) started an investigation.
They declared they never scanned the item
Postit4me isn't taking responsibility and they are ignoring my emails. Even the accounts office!
Don't use their services. Im emailing with them for 4 months now! And they simply don't take their responsibility for losing my item!
Choose for a better shipping Company!

Won't be using them again!

Decided to give them a try instead of my usual provider. Wish I hadn't! Very slow and poor communication. Won't use again. Though to be fair item was very well packaged.

Drivers are absolutely DANGEROUS!!! 50mph past a nursery in a 30 mph limit at school times! Crossing the road with a absolute lunatic in the middle of the road out of control! Would steer well clear of these if you value the life of your children

Top of the class for auction logistics

I had some very delicate and expensive antiques collected from Trevanion Auctioneers and forwarded to me. To say that Postit4me at Market Drayton did an amazing job would be something of an understatement. The packaging of each item was exceptionally careful and all of them arrived safely. I chose to use Postit4me over other options because their quote was by far the best, and, as it turned out, so was the service I received.
