Went to nec today met Jason on power 2 go he was very knowledgeable on the products and honest we went for solar extra battery and 2 solar panels took time to explain very impressed highly recommended

The Rotary Club of Ely undertake an annual Christmas charity fund raiser, Santa on his Sleigh touring Ely with lights and music supported by his Elves.

This year, Christmas 2022, in a new venture the sleigh was powered by a Power2Go battery. Magically the noise and fumes of our petrol generator disappeared leaving Santa breathing clean air.

Our powerbank excelled our expectations as did Power2Go who helped us to choose the right model.

We have no hesitation in recommending Jason Ham and his team, they went the extra mile fully supporting our Charity when most needed. Thank you to all at Power2Go.

I wanted information about the Delta2 pre-order and spoke to Jason who was very informative and helpful. I placed the order and hope that my confidence in Power2Go proves justified when the product arrives! I will submit another review then.

Met the team, Ieuan and Jay at the NEC in October. Following a long discussion ordered a Delta 2. They explained there were non in the UK, but would deliver asap. Company kept in touch by regular emails and it arrived today. Great service and customer communication. Thanks

They were a very lively bunch when we saw them at the Motorhome show at the NEC. Jay and Danielle were very helpful and patient with our queries too.

We wanted to have UK based support from real people who understand how to use the product. Power2go does that really well.

Great Customer Service, I called late in the afternoon so close to closing and my Call and Questions was answered by Jason. There was no rush or push for for a sale, he answered all of my questions so well that I placed an order the following morning.

I was in the market for a power bank , and after discussing my requirements with Jay at Power2go I purchased the River pro. The equipment is as excellent as the service I received. I am now in the process of ordering a solar panel from them to go completely off grid. The service and advice , once again has been outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to use Power2go, and have recommended them to others ; who have also received the same high quality of equipment and service.

My 2nd time purchasing experience was not as great as the 1st; wanted to order generators for my children. Still waiting for Jace to call me back as promised, 1 week now.
I eventually ordered directly from the site and received my goods the very next day👍🏼 well done Power2Go.
Strict word of advice: Never adhere to requests to pay directly into a personal account even if offered a discount, always pay with your credit card on the Power2Go website then pay off your credit card with your cash.
I still consider Power2Go to be a great company and WILL be ordering again directly from the site.

A breath of fresh air to encounter a company who take the initiative to do all they can to resolve issues without having to be badgered into doing so. They certainly go the extra mile to satisfy the customer.
My experience ;
I purchased a River Max on Wednesday. Although they had 5 or 6 days to deliver it, it got scheduled for delivery sooner, on Friday. Due to couriers faulty scanner, the tracking showed delivery had been made, yet it actually did not arrive.
I sent an email to Power to Go explaining the situation.
When I called the next working day, Danielle had already been in touch with the courier and had located the whereabouts of my order and determined a warehouse search ( which could take up to 6 days ) would be have to made. Rather than have me waiting until the courier found it, she immediately arranged next day delivery from stock. I am very impressed that power2go shouldered the inconvenience rather than have the customer waiting and wondering.
Although there were other companies I could have purchased from, I chose to buy from Power 2 go due to the positive reviews. I am glad I did as I am certain not disappointed and would highly recommend them on account of their efficiency, honesty and high customer service ethos.

Having been a power2go customer for a while now and buying previous EcoFlow products, I purchased the EcoFlow mini wireless, I have recently had spinal surgery and unable to Carry any heavy items such as the EcoFlow river which I also own so the EcoFlow mini wireless is perfect for me weighing in at under 3kg! The mini wireless is perfect for light use such as charging phones,tablets,low powered laptops or netbooks, or suitable for LED lighting for emergency power or camping! This EcoFlow mini wireless will NOT be suitable for powering heavy energy consumption items such as kettles or microwaves or Air fryers trust me it just isn’t built for that!
I didn’t buy it for the wireless charger which is built in on top of the device, However I have found out I use this quite frequently when I am sat out in the garden, I just put my iPhone on top and it keeps it topped up (this is also through a phone case).
The device charges quickly due to the lower battery capacity via mains or Solar (100watt maximum input)
I recommend this device for very light use but if you are unsure the customer service team are very helpful and definitely steer you in the right direction and not tell you it will power the international Space Station just to get a sale!!!!

Spoke to Danielle who phoned me back after I had left a voicemail. She was absolutely fab and took the time to go through the two Ecoflow models I've been looking at. Amazing 1st impression and I'm aiming to go and visit their HQ to see the products next week. I am now 99% sure I will be buying from them.

I don't write many reviews and mainly I am motivated by a bad experience, but in the case of Power 2 go - it's the opposite. I have dealt with them on 3 occasions. I bought a solar battery and needed it urgently the next morning having been let down by someone else. They went above and beyond and it was on my doorstep at 10am the next day, 2 hours before I needed to leave. I had a service issue which they dealt with (turned out to be user error...) and then finally a purchase of a solar panel. In every case their communication was excellent and proactive, service and assistance was swift and advice was accurate and clear. Happy to recommend them to anyone.

I had an issue with my unit which was replaced next day, no fuss and no pain.
The team immediately dealt with it and communication was great!

I then ordered a second unit for my company.

These Delta units are an unbelievably good product and I’m very happy with both the service and product.

This is my second purchase with Power-2Go this time as I had additional needs for my disabled son I actually talked to someone at company ie Jay Ham, we chatted via Facebook as it was easier for me as a fulltime carer and he was amazing, very helpful and understanding of our needs. We've just processed our order and the neighbours are getting one as well as Jay was just first class for helping us all. Many thanks guys and looking forward to receiving our big boy for power

I stumbled upon Power2Go following a very speedy google search. I had placed a next day delivery order with an alternative company for a Ecoflow River and Solar Panel and after numerous emails that went back and forward said the stock was in, then it wasn’t, then just the River in stock. I was now pushed for the deadline of needing the kit. So at 14.00 on Wednesday I found the Power2Go website, both the river and solar panel said they were in stock but I thought I would give them a call to check (based on my dealing with previous company), I spoke to Andrew Hall - Director - a super helpful pleasant chap, he said he was standing looking at the products I wanted in the warehouse as we spoke and the DPD next day deliveries hadn’t been collected yet - so I might be in luck. He said if I ordered before 14.30 they could still be despatched today with next day delivery. Hallelujah !! Just on this I would give a five star review.

However there is more -

I was then trying to get the order in quicker and realised it was a little more expensive than the other companies total price, I called the number on the website and spoke to Jay, who offered me a discount code to price match what I had originally paid. - well above a five star review now.

At 14.20 my order went in, 14.41 an email from DPD stated it had been collected and would be with me tomorrow. Thursday came, text from DPD my parcel would be arriving between 9.19-10.19. At 09.24 it was handed over and delivered (also shout out to my dad who could be at my house to take the delivery whilst I was at work!)

Absolutely top notch customer service - the best I’ve ever experienced for customer service.

What makes in even better was that Andrew checked in via email as he had been keeping an eye out on the delivery to make sure it had arrived. - What an absolute belting company who genuinely cares about their customers.

As for the River itself - wow, great product, super fast charge and easy to use. I went away in my campervan for the weekend Friday morning and it meant I could run my Joolca shower and hairdryer. Gone are the days of camping and looking like Worzel Gummidge (some may think that it’s an expensive bit of kit just for vanity but camping has come on in all these years now)

Power2Go, Andrew, Jay and the team, thank you so much, fantastic product and even better customer service. Will definitely me coming back when I’m ready to add the extra battery or even another solar panel.
