Really excellent and professional service
I regularly order from Powerful and in my last order I incorrectly ordered 12 of a particular Nootropic instead of my usual 2 - I got an email asking if I could take a call the same day that I placed the order to say they were packing it for dispatch and was I sure I wanted so many, given that I would usually only order a smaller amount.
Impressive customer care and attention in my book, I happily recommend them to friends and colleagues at work.
