Delivery didn’t arrive….ring 3 times on the day, got told it was on its way and should arrive at 2pm….rang back at 3pm for an update, I will ring you back they said but didn’t…..so I rang back at 4pm for an update, said it won’t be long….rang back at 4.30 and they said it’s been delivered…..just not to me!!! No idea where my order went!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear you felt disappointed with this experience, as we always aim to provide smooth and reliable service.
To clarify the timeline: your order was placed on Wednesday at 5pm, which was unfortunately after our daily dispatch cut-off. This meant the batteries were dispatched on Thursday and delivered to your trading estate on Friday. The courier did mistakenly deliver them to a neighbouring business, where they were signed for. Once this was identified, the batteries were located and collected on Monday.
Our team member, Sam, spent considerable time on the phone with you on Friday to help resolve this as quickly as possible and did follow up with a callback as promised. We’re sorry that the courier’s error caused you inconvenience, but we’re glad the order still reached you in good time.

Fast Delivery as as described
Very happy with my purchase and very surprised as how fast the battery was delivered.
Powerland were one of very few companies that I could find, that sell Platinun batteries as as i’ve had one on my van for many years and wanted the same again, I ordered it as soon as I found it.

dreadful communications, sent plenty of emails (never once responded), phoned many times and every time I spoke to Jim & Ben (who seem very decent gents), just never call back as they said they would, shame really as previous purchases have been fine, it gives ya a complex.....
sorry powerland but customers deserve better!

Power land provided accurate technical guidance, quoted for the precise replacement batteries within 1 hour of enquiry. They did not try to force the sale of low quality equivalents, supplied what I requested and despatched the same day.

Courier not equipped to deliver- H&S breach
Haven't fitted the battery yet or opened it up. Ordering was easy and I bought my inverter from Powerland. What was upsetting this time that was different is that: 1. I wasn't told when the battery was being delivered, which would of been useful. 2. Most worrying the courier had no safety kit, means of lifting the solar battery on its pallet and no tailgate. To top it all he was thin and 76 years old....this needs to be brought up as this is wrong. I had to shit the 80kg load myself manually after the way I saw it being dropped out of the van !

We’re very sorry to hear about your delivery experience. You should always receive notice of your delivery window, and we apologise if this wasn’t communicated to you on this occasion — we’re following up to understand what went wrong.
To clarify, the delivery was carried out by an external courier, not by Powerland directly. Your comments about the driver and the unsafe handling of the pallet are extremely concerning, and this absolutely does not meet the standards we expect from our delivery partners. We have raised a formal complaint with the courier so this can be investigated and addressed immediately.
We also apologise that you were left to move an 80kg battery yourself — this is not the experience we want for our customers.
