Definitely recommend this mortgage broker
Usually I am not the one who writes any reviews - unless I have a bad experience with any of my purchase. However, now that I have completed my new build home purchase on 05th Aug (Fri), I can only thank Power Mortgages, Manny and Chloe for the key role they played in this entire process. Manny and Chloe got me a great deal back in Feb (when the interest rates were low and cost of living crisis was just starting to spring up) and that great deal was set to expire on the 14th of Aug. Chloe and Manny also helped me get the ATP from Help to Buy team to proceed with the home purchase. With my solicitors being too diligent and sellers solicitors being too slow - the contracts were still not exchanged by end of July and that is when Manny & Chloe got me an extension on my mortgage offer from the lender bank. The mortgage offer extension was for another 3 and a half months (till 31 Oct). Thankfully, things moved ahead at a very quick pace in August and contract exchange was done on 02nd Aug with completion on 05th Aug (I got the keys) and we will now be moving to our own home on 18th Aug.
Thank you Manny and Chloe and Power Mortgages - I am glad I chose this company to help me get the best deal and the best support with my first home purchase

Brilliant service
Manny and his team were excellent - I had an unusual application as I have my own business and did not fit standard lending criteria. He and Chloe worked tirelessly to get the application through and nothing was too much trouble.
I cannot recommend them highly enough, an excellent service with prompt and timely communication.
Use them!

Roxana and Chloe was fantastic! Got me a fantastic rate which I couldn’t get directly from the lender. Fast and efficient kept me informed throughout the process. They chased the lender and solicitors which saved me hours of work. Highly recommend these guys!

An absolutely fantastic service
An absolutely fantastic service. Manny was incredibly efficient and arranged the mortgage so quickly. Chloe was also brilliant - replying straight away whenever I contacted her. This kind of service is a rare thing these days. I’ll definitely use them again. I recommend highly.
