Worst online retailer I have done business with in the past 20 years. They are pretty much the Ego replacement part monopoly, so Power + says to hell with the consumer, “you’ll get your your when we feel like it. Do better Ego and contact with a professional business.

Outstanding Customer Service
The first time I called this company, my call was answered by a live person. I placed an order for a water pump but the logistics for delivery were complicated. Power Plus Retailers went out of their way to ensure the pump was delivered on time to the correct address. Each time I called with a question or to give more information, a very helpful person answered the phone. I really appreciated being able to talk directly with them, instead of having to leave messages and wait for a return call, or communicate solely through e-mail. I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service
Very fast delivery.
Unopened box was missing parts, the manufacturer's fault, nothing to do with Power Plus. I contacted Power Plus by email, stating the problem, and they replied almost immediately. They contacted manufacturers and arranged for me to receive the missing parts. Very quick in replying to a couple of other emails, highly recommended seller.
