Brilliant local company with old fashioned values
Went powerpoint to find a new washing machine, they were very helpful and informative, we also bought a new fridge freezer. They were both delivered 2 days later and Gary was brilliant. He removed the old appliances and connected the new ones. Couldn’t have asked for better service and such helpful staff.

I had to purchase a washing machine without seeing what choice I had,the reason being I’m unable to drive to get to the stores to choose what I want.fortunately, I had a lady on the phone who talked me through my choices. She knew the situation.she was excellent.cant remember her name unfortunately, but she certainly was perfect for the job. I felt secure..I love my new blomburg. I did forget to mention the delivery guys who were also equally as efficient on time and fitted the machine in no time at all. Thank you . Great company to deal with.

The service level from Powerpoint…
The service level from Powerpoint Stores was excellent , i called them in the morning 9.00am to outline an issue with my dishwasher and they booked a technicians visit for lunchtime that day. The technician checked the dishwasher and resolved the issue in no time at all.
I was very impressed. Give them a go , you will not be dissapointed.

Powerpoint has sales staff that are not misogynistic and are helpful instead.
Having had a truly awful experience at the local J Atkinsons builders merchants in Thirsk, I left there and went to the Powerpoint just around the corner.
The men there couldn't have been more friendly or helpful and I was soon equipped with what I needed.
I advise any woman requiring DIY materials to try Powerpoint first.
