What a breeze booking a holiday was with PR Travel Ltd

No hassle, friendly and helpful will be definitely be using Toni again for booking trips.

Used paul and team for many holidays and had exceptional service. However our last one was cancelled at the airport by tui due to the global IT issues. Paul an Toni spent there Friday evening looking for another holiday for us to go on the next day whilst we were in an airport hotel so our holiday wasn't ruined despite not yet having a refund. They were lifesavers and so glad we were not left stranded as a lot of tui customers were. Will highly recommend them to everyone.

Contacted PR Travel following a recommendation by a friend and we couldn’t be more happy with the service we’ve received. Prompt responses and friendly yet polite, they did all they could to find a holiday which met our requirements and they did! All sorted with great customer service throughout the process, I can highly recommend PR Travel and will use them again.

Paul and his team will go above and beyond to find the perfect holiday for you at a great price. The service is exemplary and since I started using Paul’s company I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m very particular about where I go and Paul’s patience with me has been way above the norm. Not that I’ve ever experienced any problems but one tiny hiccup I had in Thailand and he sorted it straight away. I’m a solo traveller and I always feel safe in his hands whether that’s down to picking great countries with beautiful hotels down to knowing if there are any hiccups, his team are there to help me, no matter where I am in the world. If you’re looking for a Travel Agent that looks after you from start to finish, these guys should be your pick.
Paul and his team are consummate professionals with bags of knowledge helping you make the right decision on what is fast becoming a massive financial decision ie your holiday!
They also go the extra mile - we were stranded in Cyprus in July (no thanks to TUI) as a consequence of the world wide IT issue and we rang Paul to ask for help and they came through for us in our hour of need.
We couldn’t recommend them enough - the ‘old-fashioned’ idea of using a travel agent is very much being brought to the modern day with PR Travel. Thank you for your help - very much appreciated.

Brilliant company. We explained exactly what we wanted & some rough dates on when we could travel & Paul did the rest. He gave us half a dozen options within those dates, locations & price bracket we gave & was all booked in 10 minutes. Absolutely fantastic service, efficient & stress free. 5 star *****

Paul and Toni go above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly on your holiday , recently our whole holiday with tui was cancelled on the day of our travel and Paul and Toni spent several hours on a Friday evening trying to sort us another holiday, which was no mean feat as there was nine of us and we eventually flew out the next day . Cannot thank them enough and will always recommend PR Travel.

What a brilliant company they are paul is brilliant we have only booked once with him and the experience was great. The holiday he suggested was fantastic for a family holiday and not knowing place it was great kids loved it siam Park is a must if ur out in tennarife I am looking for a holiday once I have found one I will be getting in touch with Paul.

Amazing and quick service!!! Used PR Travel to book a visit to the USA to watch the F1 race. Paul booked everything from flights, hotel to tickets. Everything all together and stress free! Will use again
