Ok, I had some problems emailing the fella and getting a tracking number. I just called him and he was very helpful and sent it over to me. He speaks English ok.

Never recieved the product (now four months after). When asking for order status I was emailed a picture of an envelope with my name/adress and some stamps (not trackable). Scam or lost package? I dont now, but didn´t get any help either, so I do NOT RECOMMEND.

I have ordered a 40t chainring and I haven't received a confirmation email about my order

Now I have been waiting 9 working day still no reply to 2 email sent to them

Now I have had to raise its with PayPal to see if I can get my money back im not one bit happy

Do not trust this company all the good reviews most be fake than have to be really not happy one bit

I purchased a 42T "Narrow Wide" Chainring to correct the poor chainline of the stock 44Tchainring supplied in the Bafang BBS01 BBS02 Bafang e-bike conversion kit.

In keeping with France's long heritage in development of cutting-edge quality cycle components, the 42T Precialps Chainring is strongly made, well finished and accurately drilled for the BBS02 motor. It has a true narrow-wide tooth structure, and most importantly shifts the chain-line inboard towards the frame by a desirable 6mm.

Ordered on Friday and delivered midday the following Wednesday....to a remote corner on the other side of Europe. It doesn't get much better than that.

For anyone fitting a Bafang BBS01 /02 and suffering chain-line issues, the Precialps 42T chainring could well be the perfect fix, and is without doubt the most cost effective, high quality solution available in Europe.

Comme beaucoup de personnes, et c'est bien dommage , je laisse rarement des avis quand je suis satisfait de mes commandes . La, au vu de la qualités des produits livrés je vais me fendre d'un commentaire. Les produits qui m'on étés livré, un plateau 42 dents et un carter aluminium pour un Bafang BBS02B sont d'une qualité exceptionnel autant qu'ils sont indispensables au bon fonctionnement de ce moteur électrique. De plus la livraison a été très rapide. Merci a eux
