Ordered on 21st may item only delivered today 8th june. Emailed seller numerous times asking for updates or information and received no response. Would not use again.

This is the 3rd Easter book cushion I have ordered and I love them! Good quality, quick delivery and no problems whatsoever with ordering. I will be purchasing another one for my little grandson when he's a bit older. Such a fabulous gift for girls and boys.

I ordered 3 personalised rabbits in 2 orders on the same day. Only one has arrived and although I have sent multiple emails I have had no reply

Although smaller than expected the compact mirror is beautiful. So well packed with pouch to keep mirror in included and arrived in presentation box.
Took one week to arrive from order. Came one day sooner than advised on email. Very pleased with purchase.

I ordered 3 personalised Christmas stockings weeks ago. Unfortunately they use Evri for deliveries, i would not have ordered had i realised this as they have been terrible previously. The parcel has been delayed for over a week with no reason given, and no expected delivery date. These were not cheap stockings. As per evri guidance i contacted the seller so they can enquire when my parcel will be delivered. I tried the online contact form twice and today by email only to receive an auto reply stating they are closed until 27th December. Rubbish service. Will not use again.
