They’re so good I wish I have lots of drain problems, just to call them out!
2nd time we’ve used PDS in an emergency at home. So happy to found this company and will now always use if we have an issue.
Today we found that we had a block drain….. poop nearly bursting out our (3x) drain covers. Filled to the brim!!! Charlie turns up and get cracking on the issue. Thankfully an easy fix but horrid and within 10 mins our drains were flowing as normal. Charlie went out of his way to assist my next door neighbour as well in case of an issues there.
Their pricing is reasonable and fully explained on phone when we called. There was no call out charge and we were only meant to pay for time and machinery used. What’s more amazing he didn’t charge us. Will definitely be a returning customer when the need arises.
I can’t rate them highly enough. They get the job done and went above and beyond in my opinion.
