Precision PC’s were really helpful. They called to check a few things about my order. I had missed off a WiFi adapter, and Jordan gave me some good advice without making me feel a complete idiot! He then stayed in touch to ensure everything was being built as I expected and kept me informed of when it would be delivered. When it arrived, it was obvious a lot of trouble had been taken to pack it securely and avoid any damage in transit. Overall really impressed and will be coming back for our next PC.
I reached out to Precision PC’s looking for advice on which monitor to purchase. They were very helpful and quick with responding. After asking a few questions they had given me 3-4 different options on which best suited my needs (within the same hour of asking) 10/10 will definitely be returning in the future :)
