This was my first experience with a telemed company and I couldn't be happier with them. They were very easy to set up, communicate with and cancel my subscription, due to my insurance agreeing to pay for my Ozempic. I hope to again sign up if insurance changes their minds next year.

Also, for peace of mind- our pharmacy partners perform stability and heat testing on their products. This means that even if an ice pack melts during transit, many medications remain stable at room temperature for extended periods (some up to 183 days), and certain products can tolerate heat exposure (up to 4 days).

I cannot say enough great things about Precision Telemed and my experience with their tirzepatide program. I was previously on Ozempic and the difference has been night and day. On tirzepatide, I have had zero side effects, none. Even better, my energy levels are completely different. I no longer crash later in the day. I actually feel steady, focused, and energized instead of worn out.
The support has blown me away. Anytime I have a question, the response is fast and thorough. You are never left wondering or waiting days for answers. They are on it.
And Chris absolutely exceeded every expectation. He did not just hand me a generic diet plan. He built me a customized nutrition and workout program, complete with full instructional videos for every exercise. Since it has been decades since I have been in a gym, that level of detail made all the difference. I walked in confident instead of overwhelmed. That kind of effort shows they truly care about your success.
Even the delivery process was impressive. The packaging was professional, secure, and the medication arrived cold and perfectly protected. You can tell they take quality seriously from start to finish.

US based pharmacy, physicians, coaches, and owners. Premium medications and results and gold standard customer service. I personally use TRT and NAD+ and feel better at 45 than I did at 30. Hard to find a company who offers an all-inclusive flat rate + fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle programming to max out your experience.

Best customer service
I am a mature female who works out regularly and eats well (mostly). I have been struggling to lose weight so I wanted to talk to someone about my options. The team at Precision Telemed were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I have been on the program for several months now. My presciption is always delivered on time and the pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Precision.

Better than the rest
Ive been with Precision Telemed for about 8 months now and where I had looked into several or tried a couple of similar programs, PM has proven to be the easiest to navigate, the easiest to communicate with, and the most knowledgeable. They separate themselves by providing the best in customer service and deliverables. Where other programs feel like a big box store, PM is like a boutique, bespoke and tailored for my needs but at discount pricing. I feel better than ever, thanks guys!
