Purchase was shipped quickly and was securely packed. It arrived in good shape. Merchandise was exactly as described. This company sent a catalog of other items which they carry.

Have not yet received the item I ordered.

Liked the selection of items available online. I found an item that looked terrific on the website. But the pictures did not truly reflect the fit and finish of the item in comparison to what I received. My item's workmanship was marginal in comparison. The website did not show nor describe these anomalies and when I called to question my item I was told that it was received in normal condition and had no defects!!! I was told that they would attempt to update the website to reflect the construction characteristics and improve photos and description.
Although I was offered to return it at my cost and trouble when I pressed the return shipping I was offered a return shipping label.
I decided to keep the item but was disappointed that I discovered all of this after purchasing and receiving item. Given this experience I would be unlikely to order other items that could ave similar issues.

Product was as described on the website; arrived on time with daily tracing updates. Quality hinged teak fencing to conceal a propane tank in our back yard.

Website was easy to manage. The sleeping wedge was the perfect item I needed. Love the fact that the cover can be removed and easily cleaned!

Beautiful and good information

I found both the flag and the stake lacking in quality. You can practically see through the flag and it is so flimsy the slightest wind flips it over the stake. The stake is pretty cheesy as well and any wind spins it around. Disappointed considered what I paid.
