The bare minimum
Emails I have received from Premex are poorly formatted and difficult to read on a mobile device. A Premex representative contacted me ONE MINUTE before my initial appointment was due to start to check that I would be attending. What is the point of that? It was just a distraction. Calling me a day or two in advance would have been far more useful. This seems like a company that's just going through the motions.

Have been waiting for 3 months my…
Have been waiting for 3 months my report to reach my solicitors, after being told last week my report would arrive by the end of last week, still no arrived. In total I have been waiting 6 months to get my appointments and report. I would have expected an apology and a reason why this process is taking so long.
