Premex omitted to give Medicolegal examining doctor my address so he had no idea, from Birmingham to London which office would be near for me.
Lots of emails for us to sort out.
Premex asked for medical information already given to them from St Mary's.
I checked forms before realising they already had info and had to let them know.
Think 3 Harley Street doctors abd trips could have been reduced to one. Mr Max Almond
Seemed to be covering all aspects of my injuries.

I was met at the appointed place and escorted to the consulting room. The Dr was very thorough and explained everything as he went about the assessment. I was escorted back out.

Just don’t listenoffered a photo copy result letter of…
I offered a photo copy result letter of my MRI scan and he didn’t want to know also saying he might lose it !!!
This was offered at the end of the consultation
I also told him about my L5 S1 disc out and answer was I don’t need to know that
Which I was not happy about

Schedule went over time
Schedule went over time, not enough time to explore the Medical History properly, eventhough I was 15 minutes early for the appointment.
Meanwhile, after 9 weeks have passed, the Medical Report is not ready,and don't know how to access it.
Disappointed to say the least,However the Doctor and the Secretary that I saw on the day were most professional and I appreciate their assistance.

I feel the service is not supportive or informed…
I feel the service is not supportive or informed. Every time I have attempted to seek further clarity / information (i.e., expert cv's) Premex have been unable to help and have referred me back to my solicitor every time. Premex are referring and arranging appointments with the wrong experts and failing to provide an informed process for the purposes of an important personal injury claim.
