From speaking to Jason about what we required for a change in our bathroom we have been impressed with the communication and service from Premiercrafts. All timescales were met and the site visited for inspections, Tony, the Fitter, was exceptional in his professionalism and respected our home when working. He was a perfectionist when it came to all aspects of fitting tiles, floor tiles and fittings. Nothing was too much bother, we would highly recommend Jason and Tony if you are considering a replacement bathroom.

From initial design stage, to planning, completion and aftersales, we have had first class service from Premier Crafts. The new floor to ceiling wardrobes are superb quality from the oak carcases to the ivory doors and range from the dressing robe, the corner unit and other wardrobes which include drawers, shoeracks and clever storage areas, they are everything we envisioned and set the room off. Fitters were also first class.

We did not know where to start our project for a new bathroom. We called into Premier Crafts on meeting Jason and team we realised that the project need not be as stressful as. We first imagined. They supported us through the whole process with advice and ideas this was invaluable to us. Decision making was down to us but was achieved as a team effort along with Jason and his team. They supplied with bathroom fitter called Dave who did an absolutely first class job he explained what and why he was doing things and kept us updated with the fitting process. All this removed the stress and anxiety of a major project. This finished works were done to an extremely high standard we are more than delighted with the end product. The bathroom is a really dream bathroom. Thanks to everyone at Premier Crafts you were a pleasure to be involved with. Having initially chosen Premier Crafts to construct and fit out our new ensuite, followed by the design, supply and fitting of our brand new fabulous kitchen, then once more to supply and fit out our replacement bathroom and toilet, I would totally trust and recommend Premier Crafts any day. Communication throughout the three projects was superb, fitters, support staff, management and aftercare are first class. Thank you Premier Crafts, we would most definitely employ your services again if we ever move house.

I would 100% recommend premier craft from going to the showroom to getting them done we couldn’t fault a thing, the guys in the showroom done design for us showed us what our bedroom would look like, Shaun then ordered what we wanted, the fitter was great really nice and polite nothing was a problem for any of them. We had more work done since the bedroom and got matching cupboards built on the landing absolutely perfect

We are really delighted with the finished look of the 2 jobs Premier Crafts did for us. The work they did in my small cloakroom and built in units in the living room is excellent. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were several delays on the job due to lack of communication between the office and the factory. Quality of the product and installation is exactly what we expected .
