We have been really pleased with the service provided by Premier Heating. The initial quotation (to change a system boiler to a combi) was clearly explained by Zach. The installation carried out by Tyler and Josh over two days was carried out professionally and efficiently. The quality of workmanship was first class and both were extremely helpful and friendly – highly recommended.

What a fab company. Their professionalism and work ethos are second to none. Everyone we have been in contact with is very helpful and always returns emails and calls. Ollie, who installed our air con was brilliant, incredibly hard working. Highly recommend for any heating or in our case, air conditioning queries you might have.

On a summer check up the engineer representing Premier Heating spotted a dangerous crack in my 30 year old gas boiler; steps were taken, swiftly and efficiently, to replace this ancient heater with a modern model. I was impressed by the meticulous organisation and scrupulous attention to detail shown by the senior engineer who quickly spotted a gas leak in the pipe of my gas fire. Both engineers worked diligently, 9-5, to complete the boiler installation to a high standard. On the second day the super competent and exceptionally courteous and friendly senior engineer took pains to check everything, clean the space vacated by the old boiler and fill out essential paperwork, even videos of the controls, leaving me entirely conversant with the new boiler knowing that my house would in future be heated by a superior model.

We recently had air con installed and couldn't be more pleased. Harley was extremely polite efficient and tidy. He explained the process clearly I would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Heating. As a company I have used them for over 12 years both at home and at my business.

From start to finish Premier handled everything in a professional, supportive and friendly manner. In a job that had some real technical complexity, Tyler, Josh and Azi refused to be defeated, worked hard and gave me a great result. When we built our house 10 years ago Premier Heating Solutions did all of our plumbing.
We were very happy with their service then, so I did not hesitate to call them out again to look at some issues we had.. James and Brandon were both exceptional in their knowledge. We recently had a new boiler installation by Harley & Ollie from Premier Heating Solutions. They were very well organised and completed the install as per the quoted programme of works, tested the system and left us with a fully functioning heating system and hot water supply. No dramas during the day, just an efficient, professional job. We would definitely recommend Premier as a reliable company to deal with.

I’ve just had a very complex job done which completed yesterday. It was to move a boiler system within a listed Home so not just swap. It involves dismantling a very complicated system -relocating and rationalising pipework and installing a new top line Worcester Bosch boiler . Everyone I came into contact with a Premier heating solutions was good, but the lead engineer who was assigned to the job throughout was really exceptional and his pipework in the new cylinder cupboard looks perfect. I’ve yet to start enjoying the system but based on experience to date I highly recommend Premier heating Solutions.

One of their excellent plumbers came around today. We were pleased that he fixed the immediate problem, gave us quotes for the work as well as for two other jobs which we were delighted to accept.

From the first response on the phone to the end of the job, everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and doing their best to help. James the engineer was terrific- not just diagnosing and fixing the problem but also taking time to ensure we understood the options and could make informed decisions.

The engineer arrived on time. Talked me through exactly what was to be done. Coveredall the working area well. Worked steadily throughout the day to complete the installation answering my numerous questions patiently. Before leaving he cleaned up & explained clearly how the controls work. He was friendly, professional and I felt totally confident in his work.

We had an excellent experience with James, Scott and the team when having a new boiler and pipe work fitted. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

Premier (PHS) blew me away with their expert knowledge starting with the sales rep Zach who understood all our requirements and detailed a great solution. Originally this was just to install an accumulator so another provider could install the system boiler, but I was convinced to give the whole job to PHS due to their locality, obvious depth of experience, attention to detail, and surprisingly competitive pricing. In terms of installation, it was genuinely great having Harley and his team around. They were extremely friendly and polite, knowledgeable, and endlessly patient with not only my many questions but also engaging with my young children who were deeply fascinated by all the work. The office team are also nice to talk to, and they are quick to respond. The quote system is slick, transparent, and professional. This is a top class company that I highly recommend, and I'll certainly be using them again.

Following sensible recommendations that used existing radiators wherever possible and what seemed a very reasonable quote, the Premier team arrived promptly, worked briskly and considerately. They were all cheerful, helpful and polite. In a day and a half we had new electric central heating working beautifully.

Service from this company, from the sales, through customer services and on to installation has been slick and highly professional.
Zach, the young salesman was very polite and helpful, he made us feel at ease instantly with his honest professional advice and at no time did we feel under any pressure to purchase on the night.
Harley, took on our installation to get our new electrical water heating system placed in the loft, removing the old header tank, immersion heater and redundant piping laying precariously across our loft floor. Once the insulation was complete Harley connected my phone to the system for me and showed me how it all worked. All the rubbish was removed and house/garden was left how it was found it. Lovely people, I would highly recommend this company

Always easy to communicate with and reliable. Having used them for an entire heating system 2 years ago their service and personnel was seamless - so I used again - Just had new oil tank fitted. Zack did a great job in quoting and then ironing out location & OFTEC issues. Chris fitted and commissioned the tank - arrived on time, knowledgeable, efficient, tidy and went above and beyond.
