I "was" a regular customer.
I received two wigs transparent lace when I clearly ordered tinted. They stated they didn't think it mattered because the hair was colored. Not everyone owns make up to fix.i I had to spend extra money to put face makeup on wig to make it my shade. Recently, I questioned twice about an advertisement for discount on "all wigs" and when I questioned why certain wigs were only only 10 percent off and not as advertised for 40 their response was not that one. I then inquired which ones twice to two other people and never received a response. I decided to order same wig from another company. They lost a sale and a regular customer.

DHL gave my package to a next door neighbor who I don't know or talk to , when I gave them simple instructions to knock on my door or call me upon their arrival I was totally upset they had one simple job to follow and they didn't . I don't talk to that person that they gave my package to and he could've stolen my package Thank god he didn't but next time follow the simple orders please and Thank you. Overall I do Love the wig it fits perfectly I just gotta learn how to style it lol.

Took about a week to come. But the hair is thick and soft. I followed a YouTube video and applied my wig myself and I love the look.

The texture was nice but the hairline didn’t really look like the picture as other reviews stated at least for me , also my lace didn’t look tented

The wig wasn’t what I order. 1 paid 192.00 and the lace was not invisible and the size cap was not small, it was Average Every time I order from them. The just send the wrong. When I tell them they swear it’s right. I know my wigs.

The hair is nice and a good price but it does shed a lot, and I honestly was gonna give this review 3 stars because my package was supposed to come on a Friday at 10:30am but it didn’t it ended up coming on a Monday at 10:22am so it didn’t come when it was supposed to but it’s not the company’s fault it’s fedex fault so that’s why I gave four and not three

nothing personal , but that was my first time ordering from this website, customer service was every unprofessional, and before i purchased the wig i wanted to ask and get some information on their wigs and i guess Mercy was the only customer service person on this website, i wish i had read the reviews before i placed my order. i was very polite and i explained from the beginning that this is my first time ordering from this website and specially when i had very few bad experiences from the top wigs salons in Canada. and this the conversation that took place before i placed my order.

am not an expert in wigs but i bought before few wigs and they were really bad. what is you your policy if the wig " or may the patch " i buy the wig off turns out not as good?

no, its my from time ordering from you. i ordered from Candaa and it was from top companies . but it was shedding and tangled fast, but they didn’t commit and they didn't do anything . i lost so much money because of this.

I have the curly full lace 20 in 180 density and ALOT of shedding has happened using my fingers only. The hair is beautiful and full besides the shedding if you don't touch it your good and the curls are very detailed.

Very good hair. Cap is very nicely constructed!
My one complaint is that it was not as full as I would like on top. So I added tracks.
Other than that I would buy again and again from them!

Great company. The wigs are of excellent quality and can be customized. So far I've ordered 4 wigs from this company and they always arrived on time and without any problems. Customer service is very nice and helpful and responds quickly. Definitely recommend.
