Brian worked hard getting viewings and keeping me informed at all times.

Let me just start by saying that 5 stars doesnt even begin to tell the story of how amazing Brian is not only at his job but as a person. He goes above and beyond what an estate agent is meant to do and doesn't work the ' normal' 9-5 hours! He has just helped us purchase our second apartment on Hacienda Requelme and we can't thank him enough for all his help. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to buy or sell a property for you and if you're as lucky as we are, by the end of it you'll have a friend for life! Thanks Brian.x

The sale of my property on Riquelme Golf resort, located on the southern Costa Blanca, was managed by Premier Properties who made the whole sales experience simple and swift. My Spanish property was a holiday home so I was not present to deal with any potential problems that could possibly have occurred, however thanks to the way the transaction was handled the sale was completed without any problems at all, highly recommended.

Premier Properties had already sold the apartments of four of our friends so I gave Brian a call. He came round to meet us and we decided to let him sell the apartment for us. We gave him the keys as we were returning to the UK the next day. Amazingly he found us a buyer after only a couple of days. He also has a tie-in with a foreign exchange dealer and a lawyer who handles all the legal aspects.
I have to say that the whole process has happened seamlessly, absolutely fine, with no problems at all.
I have no hesitation in recommending Premier Properties for their absolutely first-rate service.

We thought it would be a problem choosing an agent to sell our property.
On our first contact with Brian we felt we had chosen wisely. He was very professional explaining the process, arranging the apartment for viewings (we were not in the area), the fees, taxes in Spain.
He was available on the phone when we had queries and kept us informed as to how viewings went.

I am not a person who does reviews unless the place I’m reviewing is either exceptionally bad or exceptionally good…..

We recently were looking to buy an apartment in Spain and contacted about 7 estate agents for the various properties we found online. We met and had viewings with each one and this how we came to be in contact with Brian from Premier Properties.

Some of the estate agents came across as not really interested in us or even bothered about their properties and we became a little disheartened if I’m honest.

Once we met Brian it really was like a breath of fresh air though. He was professional, punctual and straight forward. He showed us places we had asked to see, and proactively ones that we hadn’t, and this was based on fully understanding what we were after.

This ended up being to both our mutual benefit as we bought one that we had not asked to see but he knew was exactly what we were after.

This for most agents is where is all ends but with Brian I can honestly say this was where it all begins. He went out of his way many times to help us, help answer questions and many times went the extra mile to go above and beyond what he even needed to do.

It’s because of this that I have no hesitation recommending him and Premier Properties.
