Essential Services Company needs immediate relocation due to flood

Our office in Mission Valley, San Diego was flooded and due to the essential nature of our business, required immediate relocation. Valisa Valdois the General Manager for Premier Workspaces made this happen without much fuss and muss. Everything promised was delivered. Some of the workspace competition in her market hasn't bothered to even return our messages or emails. I highly recommend this company versus other workspace companies in the industry.

Professional and Responsive

We just moved to the Premier Office located at 12636 High Bluff Drive in San Diego.

Kenneth Sonthanaporn, General Manager and Celeste Frausto, Administrative Assistant are really exceptional. From viewing the offices,
to signing the lease, assistance with move in procedures and current office operations, everything has been very pleasant and the overall atmosphere is very professional.

Great place to have an office!

I'm working out of the Calabasas office of Premier Workspaces and it's a very well run operation. Mindy the GM and Jeremy are both very attentive to my needs and are very accomodating and keep communications very clear. They are a pleasure to work with. The space is always clean and orderly and its a great environment to work in. I highly recommend Premier for anyone who is looking for office space that's clean and easy to work in.

Professional office space with a…

Professional office space with a variety of options from virtual to whole office suites. Friendly receptionist and phone and mail handling options. Great for a small business or solo entrepreneur who needs space but does not need the hassle of a huge lease commitment. Management is responsive. Facilities and amenities are modern and fresh and sanitized.

Watch Out For The Shark!

The facility is nice, but you got to watch out for the shark, she is vicious. Please please read your contract carefully before you sign up. It’s not a month to month. I was informed from the get go that’s a month to month contract. When I asked to be released from my contract, I was informed I have to give a 60 days notice. My lease was supposed to be a month to month lease. DON’T BELIEVE IT! I gave my notice in November, she wanted to keep me all the way until February. So be very very careful. Avoid that shark, she is dishonest. Once my contract is over, I will NEVER give them my business ever again. Her name starts with an L.
