Do not use this company! I returned a shower grab rail I purchased for my 85 year old mother. They informed me they would reimburse my funds of £201.00. I was informed payment would be made within 10 days by Oliver but despite endless emails and phone calls to them they have never returned my money. I suggest you do not purchase anything from this company.
Avoid at all costs as there is virtually no correspondence or sign of return of funds from this company.
Avoid this company, they should be ashamed of there standards, care and lack of due diligence especially when it comes to products for an elderly person.
Product never arrived, no response from company
Product never arrived and, despite numerous calls and emails, I got no response. Thankfully I'd purchased through Amex so they are taking up the case with Premium Plumbing.

They said they were very experienced with the part I needed and gave me two items to choose from
Once received it was clear it didn’t fit . Customer service decided to pass me onto the manufacturers rather than accept they sent the wrong part and deal with the problem.
Several emails and I was refused a call to a manager .
The manufacturer has now said they shouldn’t have sent it to me it as it wouldn’t fit my radiator.
No response from them .

I recently ordered quite a few items for my bathrooms. One item was delayed from the manufacturer so the whole order was held up and took three weeks to be delivered. However, once I started chasing up the order, I had excellent, prompt support from customer services (Oliver) including an accelerated delivery.
Avoid - taken payment - order not delivered.
Order placed on 6th October, still not received on 30th Oct. Several emails sent as unable to speak to anyone. Only one reply claiming to have contacted the supplier for an update but that was 12 days ago and heard nothing further. Now having to claim money back through my bank.

Avoid - complete scam! Purchased and paid for a bath a week ago. Been calling the company with no answer to when it will arrive. Then suddenly told my email my order is cancelled with no reason yet it says available online. Cannot get hold of anyone to find out and the plumbers have already done first fix. Worst company ever
Having to get money back from credit card company
Items paid for but never dispatched or arrived. Can't get through on the phone, emails ignored, and contact form enquiries are ignored. This company is obviously going down one of its own toilets.
Refund not received after returning…
Refund not received after returning goods in June 2024.
Daily emails sent and voicemails left with no response.

Cancelled my remaining products as took months to dispatch and had to re-buy elsewhere. Ever since this communication and arrangement of a refund (via a bank transfer which is quick) I have not heard or received a thing. I have sent several emails over the last few weeks and had no reply. Absolutely disgusting and definitely a scam!
Slow Customer service & Refund
We ordered some taps, They arrived much later than advised but they are good quality and exactly as expected.
We had to return one (Design change, not due to tap related issue)
Communication has not been great, We only receive replies after a few days & it has been 45 days since they received my returned product and we still have not received a refund despite chasing it on a weekly basis.

I have never received my order confirmation, or shipment, but they tried to take money from my account. Scam website
Avoid at all cost if you want to save your sanity (and your time and money)
I ordered taps from Premium Plumbing which turned out not to be in stock - although the website claimed they were available. No confirmation of anything for 10 days, then it took 3 days of telephone calls and emails to get a response - no stock expected for at least another month
I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt so asked for the order to be changed to taps that they claimed they did have in stock.
Which they did not.
In the mean time, trying to get hold of them is pretty impossible. the only thing that kind of worked was to phone them, leave a message, and then send them an email. If you are lucky they will respond.
I then asked for a refund, which they said will take no longer than 14 days. After 14 days, no refund, what a surprise.
Upon leaving a pretty snarky phone call and email, I got a response back stating that the accounts team "unfortunately had some trouble when trying to issue your refund to your original payment method via our payment provider".
But they never contacted me to sort this out. It only came to light when I contacted them.
I still don't have my refund, will see what happens in the next 24 hours.
This company presents the worst level of ineptitude that I have come across this side of a scam operation. And if that is not bad enough, they seem to be pretty unscrupulous as well.
Steer clear would be my advice
Previous company left customers with no goods or refund.
These are the same individuals who owned UK Bathrooms and left a multitude of people, including me, with no goods or refund. See Trustpilot reviews for ukbathrooms. In my personal opinion, I wouldn't be surprised if they don't pull the same, in my opinion, scam again.

Beware - these guys are scammers - obviously doing the same thing again. Used to be UK Bathrooms which went into liquidation in April . Check the reviews on there.
Suggest you avoid
Suspect these are the same people who ran Yorkshire Bathrooms and Kitchens (trading as UK Bathrooms). Same address. Company number 05422380. Those crooks owe me £900 and have not paid despite court judgements against them. That company is in liquidation.
See that Premium Plumbing website refers to company number 15611312, which links to Aevum Ltd, set up in 2024. Looks dodgy!

This is a real shame as the product seems good if it wasn’t damaged.
